I was a patient in 2014 and had a very good experience. However, this time I cannot rate it low enough.I made an appointment a week ago, when I came in, I was made aware of a balance from 2014, after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room. No time in over 3 years did I receive a monthly or even quarterly statement to know of these charges. When I spoke to the insurance specialist, she blamed my insurance company. They had paid in full 2 of my 3 visits in 2014. There was one that was unpaid. She could not give me a reason why. My issue with this is... why was I not made aware when making the appointment. Also, in a weeks time, no one verified my insurance for this appointment. And at no point did they accept responsibility for their lack of communication. Being a Physician myself, I would be out of business if I handled my patients this way."Hello, welcome, you have a $1000 balance from 3 years ago, do you want to set up a payment plan?". "Oh, and we don't know your co-pay today or even of this visit is covered on your insurance."Unprofessional business practices! Their insurance specialist was rude, pushy and uniformed! Their billing department should be a little more proficient in sending statements. Extremely unorganized.I actually had to ask for a copy of my complete records to be sent so that I may handle this.If you had not heard from a Dr, would it be wrong to assume that the bills were paid? Is it my responsibility to make sure that they are doing their jobs and collecting payment?Well, in my practice, I do all of that and do not expect my patients to do anything other than arrive on time. It is my responsibility to make sure that insurance is verified beforehand, proper payment is taken at time of service. Dr Steppie was great, 3 years ago. However, he is not seeing patients, and in an administrative role. Well, please step up and overhaul your scheduling and billing dept. Thanks

I have been a patient for 3 years but apparently moving offices from one side of Waterford Lakes Town Center to another changes that. When I wasn't able to reach anyone via phone, I finally went in, only to find out I had to be created as a new patient and was going to be charged for the new patient visit. I would have to wait to see the dr because "apparently" hey do t adjust on the first visit. I have tried calling, while their voicemail says "helping someone else or on the phone", I find it hard to believe that all 8 times I called in the span of 30 mins I called not one person was available to answer the phone. This was further confirmed when I came into the office and wintnessed the phone ring one and go straight to voicemail. I left two messages in one afternoon and never received a call back. So you aren't even able to call and speak to a manger. All I needed was a simple adjustment due to increasing pain. I find this very disheartening, as Dr. B is great, but the whole situation leaves something to be desired. I just can't believe after 3 yrs, a change of locations makes me a new patient?!? Way to charge extra for no reason. I just saw them in February?!? I'm sure my insurance would question me being listed as a new patient.
After 4 months of treatment I have been asking Dr. Olga to authorize a refil for my son in order to continue with his treatment and just never happened. I called 5 times to heard the same answer"to wait for her response" and just never happened. Waited in line for more than 30 minutes they never pick up the phone. It is so sad that a "Dr in dermatology" don't have 3 minutes of her time to call a pharmacy and authorize a cream that she prescribed. I would never recommend this group to anyone. You can see that just the money talk!!!! Bad customer service, never care about people!!!
I have been using this product for a year now and omg bath & body works got nothing on Organic Body Works, Inc. The body butter lasts all day and night. I have used the body scrubs (salt) and omg the dark spots on my skin have lighten up tremendously and Now the Bath salts OMG I was always a person on the move as to not taking time for myself and one day I said let me try the bath salt now I look forward to that me time. Not only have I been more relaxed and stress free after using the bath salt but my skin feels so good. I just cant stop touching my skin. Thank You Organic Body Works you have a customer for life.
I recently moved to the area and complained to a co-worker about how bad my Great Clips men's haircut had been. He recommended I try Chocolate, Salon and Spa - I was hesistant to step foot into a Salon, but I took their advice and called. The owner, Mimi, scheduled me an appointment for their next opening. The haircut was great - but on top of that, the hair dresser, Nancy, included an awesome shave and soothing towels. You never get that kind of treatment elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Nancy for a men's haircut - she took my somewhat questionable description of how I would like my hair styled and made it look awesome. Thanks Nancy, I'll be seeing you next month.
I have been going here for years for haircuts, highlights and pedicures. Everyone is friendly and professional; I can't say enough wonderful things about this place or its people. Massages are a new feature here; I plan to try them soon!
I absolutely love this salon, I walked in the first time because my other " overpriced" hair salon was booked for the day I needed my hair done for, and I am so thankful for that! I am super thrilled with the hair styles and service I get on each visit. It's a nice local salon, a hidden gem in the heart of the Dr Phillips area with a cool and classy vibe. My stylist happens to be the owner Mimi, she's amazing and has a great command over her skills, her staff adds more to her class, you feel that they are one family and they LOVE their clients. After visiting chocolate salon i can now stop complaining about my hair, I enjoy every visit... It's heavenly for me, and I always look forward to the next one. This is a salon I can finally afford to come to every six or eight weeks because their prices fit my budget, and I can trust and feel confident walking out of. I took my 4 year old daughter today for her first hair cut there and she came home telling everyone that she felt like a princess :))) We love chocolate salon, thank you for being the best at what you do! :)
My first visit to there office was last week, they where very helpful and made sure i was well looked after and was seen there and then even though it was 4.45pm. I had been with another practice before and was not very happy with the service there , this is a hundred times better experience.
