Towing in Orlando, FL

YP is incorrect, they don't take credit cards.- Have the nerve to tow on weekends but then not be open on weekends so you can't retrieve your vehicle on Monday.- Address is wrong many places online and they can't be bothered to update it.- No physical indication or signage of where they are.- No person physically present at the business!- Sketchy location. The address they tell you over the phone is definitley a storage unit business and not a towing place. When you call them and express your confusion, they give you a gate code to get into this huge abandoned junkyard place.I’m also glad I had someone to accompany me and that I didn’t take an uber there alone because I would have felt unsafe being a woman alone there. If it’s blazing hot or raining, there is nowhere safe or clean for you to wait for the employee to show up. Stuck on a dirty, open road.If your vehicle gets towed on a Saturday night as mine did, but you don’t get paid until Friday, and you don’t have $152 sitting in your checking account or know someone who’s able and willing to lend you that cash until you can pay them back, then your car is stuck with them for almost a whole week! Not sure what kind of a business doesn't have a person present and hasn't even heard of a card reader. When I told the guy there's no way I could've known in advance they only take cash, (and that I didn't have cash), he was like "I told you yesterday on the phone". I DIDN’T TALK TO YOU YESTERDAY DIPSHIT, BECAUSE NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS, AND IT WENT STRAIGHT TO MAILBOX WHICH WAS FULL. so DO NOT HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL ME YOU TALKED TO ME THE DAY BEFORE AND THAT I SHOULD’VE KNOWN I’D NEED EXACT CASH, BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT THE CASE BECAUSE NO ONE PICKED UP THE FREAKING PHONE ON A SUNDAY. He’s like “Oh, well, I don’t remember who I talked to yesterday.”An unreliable towing!!!

Called​ for a tow.....got a quote and accepted, gave our location. Told we would get a call back for eta........ No call no show...... wouldn't​ answer calls or texts. Left Stranded for 2 hrs..... Salli's Towing saved us

Honestly worst experience ever. They are so unprofessional and completely rude. My boyfriend and I drove around my apartment complex 3 times, 3 TIMES and there was no parking. Since there was plenty of residential parking we decided it would be okay to park there just for the night. We knew this wasn't okay so we put a note on his car saying "please do not tow, there is no visitors parking." Walked out the next day and guess what? It was towed... honestly I was in disbelief at first because what person would honestly do this. I called them obviously with an attitude because it wasn't like we parked there just to park there. He guy was completely unhelpful and not understanding at all. What if that happened to him? We are college students and now have to work extra shifts just to cover that cost, when we put a note on the car!!!!!!!!!!!!! There obviously was a party for there to be zero visitors parking, so why are we being punished for that? He basically told me that if there is no visitors parking then I obviously can't have visitors.. I'm sorry what? I pay rent at my apartment complex if I decide I want a visitor, then I am going to have a visitor. I am extremely disappointed and surprised that someone would be this inconsiderate. If they would've drove around the complex and saw that there was zero visitors parking, what else were we suppose to do? Park at the Walmart down the street, no? Completely ridiculous.
