Having 3 toy poodles and 4 cats - we need a vet who has experience, compassion and endless patience with us as we are anxious pet parents. Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital has been there for us. We love the staff at Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital! They are all caring, competent and so patient with us. Phone calls are returned in a very timely fashion, all our questions have been answered, and they even half or quarter meds for us! The vets have called us to check up on a sick pet; and when the time has come to let a beloved one go - they have cried with us. I highly recommend them!

I have taken both of my dogs and my cat to All Creatures since they were young - so for almost 3 years. Dr. Kim is a little quiet because his English isn't the best, but he is a caring vet and a great surgeon. I've never had any complications arise from my animals undergoing procedures there. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to me, and I've seen that they are very patient even with those "difficult" clients. I find the pricing to be fair as well. I feel like most animal hospitals are trying to push me out the door as soon as I'm done paying, and they don't do that here. They listen to my concerns and discuss them with me, and if you're boarding, they're willing to take you into the back to show you where your animal will be kept should you want to see. Most vets don't do that with customers.

Sorry but I went with local service in Eustis, 'Doggie Waggin'. It is easier with local people. I am certain 4Pets Mobile is a good service.

I'm in a complete state of SHOCK!!! My husband and I are on a weekend vacation at Orlando and we decided to find a place to leave our pup over night since we're planning on staying at a hotel with my Brother and sis-in law. As we walked into the facility it's looked very well kept and very pet friendly. A blonde lady greeted us and we felt as if our pets were at very loving and friendly environment. They had asked for the proof of vaccinations for our boys as she took them to an available pen. She assumed that my husband and I went together but I decided to stay and see where she was taking them. She walked through a glass door with both on a leash and there was a white male with tattoos that didn't notice that I was standing there watching. As she was putting them in the room together, the white male began racing his hand and doing aggressive gestures as if he was going to hit one of them because they were excited and thinking it was going to calm them down! I was disturb due to the fact that both of my dogs are rescues and have been beaten before and are quite traumatized. It breaks my heart to think that people leave there pets that most of us consider children in such poor aggressive environment. I'm soooo glad I decided to stay and watch this. Also, as my husband walked in and I quickly told him to come see what's going on and the guy mistreated one of my dogs within moments! I would never in my Wildest dreams leave my pets here!

Don't believe the paid reviews and hype! This place is HORRID. Pets came home so upset and one had a cut with dried blood. Nails were not done as promised. Never going back!

This was the first time I used a mobile pet groomer and they were very nice and professional. I was very pleased with their work on my little Casey. She looked so adorable after her cut and style. Will definitely recommend this pet groomer������������

Probably the only place I'll ever take my dogs. They're all nice and welcoming. One of my dogs is horrible for nails and they've always tried their best to calm her down. My other dog absolutely loves all of the girls there.

At the start, everything was great. They groomed my dog (when many groomers wouldn't) and did a great job each time. However, life happens and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. They are NOT okay when this happened. I had to cancel my appointment 1 time and the most recent time I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment (due to my boyfriend getting in a car accident so I had to send someone else to meet them). The manager was VERY rude and yelled to say that he refused to assist me any more and then hung up in my face. I thought it was very inconsiderate and uncalled for. He was not only NON-empathetic but he also just lost a very loyal customer. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone because of this situation. On their website it says they will charge you a $20 penalty fee.. I didn't even get that. It seems like they love to take your money but the moment something doesn't go their way, they cut you off without any explanation and hang up in your face.
