I had my dog groomed March 24th. This is June and I am still finding scabs I counted 27 and a very deep cut on the side of his face which resulted in a hot spot I am no longer living in Orlando if I were I would make sure that I never got my dog groomed by this company again. The owner's sister-in-law groomed my dog the last two times.I could not communicate with her because she spoke no English I am very saddened about this it cost me $300 at the vets to get my dog back to normal from the hotspot. I am very disappointed. I also want to add I always gave a $20 tip. If I could give no stars I would. 😓

Sorry but I went with local service in Eustis, 'Doggie Waggin'. It is easier with local people. I am certain 4Pets Mobile is a good service.

At the start, everything was great. They groomed my dog (when many groomers wouldn't) and did a great job each time. However, life happens and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. They are NOT okay when this happened. I had to cancel my appointment 1 time and the most recent time I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment (due to my boyfriend getting in a car accident so I had to send someone else to meet them). The manager was VERY rude and yelled to say that he refused to assist me any more and then hung up in my face. I thought it was very inconsiderate and uncalled for. He was not only NON-empathetic but he also just lost a very loyal customer. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone because of this situation. On their website it says they will charge you a $20 penalty fee.. I didn't even get that. It seems like they love to take your money but the moment something doesn't go their way, they cut you off without any explanation and hang up in your face.

Immaculate mobile facility! Top of the line treatment. Johnny was very attentive and what a pleasure to have curbside treatment. I don't like my older Magnus to be put in a pen for a few hours while he waits to be groomed at a brick and morter facility. 4Pets was very knowledgeable and compassionate to the sensativities of an older dog. Will for sure make 4 Pets Mobile LLC, our Groomer

I would like to say being a picky Mom, I was tiered of the big box store as my dog has gone there for seven years. The time she was there got longer and the prices just kept rising. Jonnie was very nice and the grooming vehicle was very clean. She came out looking better than ever. Being a business owner myself I felt the price was reasonable. I am so pleased I have finally found a reliable as well as dependable groomer who understands Maggie Rose's needs. Thank you for making my life easier.

If you are looking for a mobile pet service in Orlando fl area, look no further. We hit the jackpot, not only is the owner great with my dog but really took the time to talk about training and caring for her. She is a rescue dog and is scared of her shadow, he was great with her. The van was spotless and organized to the T. Thank you 4 pets mobile.

Excellent service! Very prompt and great groomer! My Rotti HATES getting a mani pedi and they took care of it in about 20 minutes. Couldn't be happier! (koko is happy too!)

I am going to say WOW incredible people 5 star but platinum! The service is A+. I am 100% satisfied with their job, super extremely clean better than taking it to a local grommer if you try their service you will see with your own eyes!
