We purchased a transmission spoke to Kirby(Transmission Specialist) along w/Bruce. They both confirmed to bring the transmission back for a refund or exchange. After further review confirmed there was no other transmission avail for exchange. Bruce adv to bring back and refund would be issued. Call was confirmed and made within 30 days. Took transmission back when arrived. Both parties refused to honor 30-day warranty. Even though proof was provided provided where warranty was honored. They still denied it. We asked if they could work with us since there loc is over 1.5 hr away. Adv we could buy another one at half price. HORRIBLE SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Con artist. I received a quote on the phone and when he arrived to pick up my car he said, "the catalytic converter is missing" and would pay me $50.00 dollars less than the quoted price. I am not a mechanic and I know for a fact nothing was removed from the car. Don't trust these people.

Service is good, they can pull parts for you, which is nice if you're a person that decides against learning your way around a car, truck or van, your main source of transportation...
Oh BTW, there's no entry fees.

Provided by DexKnowsI called to ask if they had a water pump and he said they don't sell parts, just the whole engine. What is that about???? Then treated me like I was stupid! Excuse me but it's called Auto PARTS!!!
