Mary is an amazing aesthetician who is completely dedicated to her craft! She loves what she does, and it's obvious. She is always adding to her body of knowledge, learning new techniques, testing products and treatments, and talking with other experts. She goes beyond the standard facial you may get a spa, and focuses on creating REAL results for her clients. If that was not enough, Mary also has a voice and a demeanor that instantly calms you. She is a positive force in this world and I highly recommend her for any woman (or man) who is looking for a great experience, and results.

The service is amazing and the Stylists there are very skilled and respectful, I left feeling i got my money's worth.I will absolutely come back the next time I need to feel like a Klassic Lady.
Great place to unwind and receive quality hair & skin services in a casual and stress free environment.
I have been going to Jerry Blankenship for 18 years. He is the "Best" colorist and stylist ever in the Orlando area. I have witnessed the wonders of others he has done with others through the years as well.I once had a beautician say "I am a beautician not a magician" Well my friends and followers Jerry is both!!!!!
Losing my hair to illness destroyed my self-esteem. Sarah was so helpful and when my hair peice came in the fit, feel and look was 100% natural. My granddaughter thought that my hair grew back fast. I can't thank her enough for restoring my peice of mind and self-respect.
Gorgeous salon and best one I have been to in Orlando! All of the stylists make sure that you are well taken care of and you walk out looking beautiful. Highly recommended.
Great friendly staff and great prices . Will highly recommend them to anyone . Owner is awesome and made me tear up at the beautiful work he did for me. Will be seeing me again next week
I have been going to this salon for the past 3 years the stylists are extremely professional, knowledgeable and precise. I have recently moved to the Tampa area and I still make my appointments, the drive is well worth the drive. This family of stylists can manage any hair texture and not only can you get your hair pampered you can also get your hands and feet pampered. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! All of the ladies are amazing but Mrs. Dee is one of my favorite stylists! -Keiya
HI, I would like to share my experience at Prive with everyone else. Last April I went there for a Palliage, I walked in with a long black hair that almost reached my waist line and after a long agonizing 6 hours ordeal I walked out with a burned hair barely covering the back of my neck. Thanks to Allan who obviously has no clue how to do anything at all, he kept coming and going leaving me there without even checking my hair. Finally when he decided it was time and realizing that my hair was totally burned he panicked and started telling me that I am better off not washing it or using a hair dryer for some time suggesting that I should leave and come back after few days, meanwhile my hair was coming out into my hands while I was checking it. As for the salon their only response was drying my hair and cutting it to a level where it was not burned, even that they sucked in doing and then offered me some lousy hair product that should magically help to grow back my hair with no intention of any kind of disciplinary action against the genius who burned my hair, I am 32 years old and it took me my entire life to grow my hair to the length it used to be. Till now I still have parts of what remained of my hair coming off and Styling it is not possible anymore. The only thing that prevented me from suing him was that I was visiting the US and do not have the time or knowledge on how to properly do it. I am certainly not going back there ever and if you must at least avoid Allan if you want to keep your hair .
I was a patient in 2014 and had a very good experience. However, this time I cannot rate it low enough.I made an appointment a week ago, when I came in, I was made aware of a balance from 2014, after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room. No time in over 3 years did I receive a monthly or even quarterly statement to know of these charges. When I spoke to the insurance specialist, she blamed my insurance company. They had paid in full 2 of my 3 visits in 2014. There was one that was unpaid. She could not give me a reason why. My issue with this is... why was I not made aware when making the appointment. Also, in a weeks time, no one verified my insurance for this appointment. And at no point did they accept responsibility for their lack of communication. Being a Physician myself, I would be out of business if I handled my patients this way."Hello, welcome, you have a $1000 balance from 3 years ago, do you want to set up a payment plan?". "Oh, and we don't know your co-pay today or even of this visit is covered on your insurance."Unprofessional business practices! Their insurance specialist was rude, pushy and uniformed! Their billing department should be a little more proficient in sending statements. Extremely unorganized.I actually had to ask for a copy of my complete records to be sent so that I may handle this.If you had not heard from a Dr, would it be wrong to assume that the bills were paid? Is it my responsibility to make sure that they are doing their jobs and collecting payment?Well, in my practice, I do all of that and do not expect my patients to do anything other than arrive on time. It is my responsibility to make sure that insurance is verified beforehand, proper payment is taken at time of service. Dr Steppie was great, 3 years ago. However, he is not seeing patients, and in an administrative role. Well, please step up and overhaul your scheduling and billing dept. Thanks
