These guys are amazing. Apple told me my MacBook needed a new logicboard (Motherboard) and it would cost me $695 and it takes at least 7 days to fix it. It didn't feel right to me so I wanted a 2nd opinion. I went to these guys per recommendation from a friend who has been to them several times. They opened it up, unplugged the battery and when they plugged it back in it worked just fine. They confirmed it's a common issue due to older battier or sometimes software issue and I should reinstall the operating system and it's not a motherboard issue. They charged me nothing and said I could just leave them a nice review or recommend them to my friends. Very honest people, they just saved me almost $700.Will be back to upgrade my wife’s laptop to a solid state and increase the memory.THANK YOU!!
They did a great job for our office. We almost lost everything, we had a ransomware Virus which encrypted our data, thank God we’ve working with Csi computers for a while and they set us up with online back and two different external back up which we rotated every few days. We’re so glad we listened to their advise an invested in these extra backups, we almost lost all of our customers data & thousands of dollars in contracts. They got our server up & running within hours.Thank you guys, we appreciate your help
This company is amazing. They fixed my wife's computer, my laptop and got me up and going. They restored my computer and saved the day! They are super stars! I would highly recommend them!
If I could give this business negative stars I would, in fact, I'd pay to so other people wouldn't trust these crooks! Brought my laptop in little over a month ago to have my dc jack replaced as my laptop wouldn't hold a charge anymore unless I held it in a specific way. $70 down-payment up front was my first mistake. Some backstory, this company is also known as "Five Star Techs" as well as "E-lectronics Repair" and they have two different stores. The owner is also the only repair person working for both companies and his name is E-hab. Let me assure you, he doesn't know what he's doing. I dropped off my laptop and two days later, the owner called me and told me it was repaired. I came in that same day and picked it up, only to drive an hour home and test it out. It didn't charge and I tested it in three sockets I knew worked. I told the repair guy what happened and brought it back the next day. He repaired it over-night and I came in to pick it up the next day. This time it held a charge for 15 mins, then stopped charging. I brought it back the next day and after fiddling with my laptop for an hour, the repair guy admitted it did the same for him but this time, it "should be fixed". I brought it home again with high hopes as I tested it in the store and it worked fine. Alas, I got home and after 25 minutes of gameplay, it stopped charging again. The repair guy admitted to never looking at the model number of my computer and his clerk lied when I initially called and asked if they had the specific dc jack for my specific comp model. I asked twice, she confirmed twice. In the end, I was robbed of $70, insulted, and accused of saying things that I'd never said. He refused to refund me of my money even though the computer STILL doesn't work and it completely baffles me that he still has a business open. The repair guy expects some sort of recognition for being nice to me and after supposedly years in the computer repair business, he called my computer problem 'odd' though he never used the correct part to repair it. Of course it won't work with the wrong part! E-hab said I, "have a pretentious attitude" (when telling my friend about how he used a 'universal' dc jack-his words, not mine), said I had a lack of patience (I waited a month for an hour maximum job to be completed over the span of 8 trips to and from his two stores), and insulted me, as a customer. If you want the world's worst customer service and to give your money to the guy calling you profanities-bring your money HERE!!! If you want proof, email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Last year brought in two laptops my primary and my backup. I picked up my primary and completely forgot about them also having my backup laptop until my primary lap top has some issues again and I realized my backup laptop was never returned, nor did they tell me they had it. Now they claim they don't know where it is and tell me after 30 days computer are recycled but claim they keep no records for this. The Orange County eSheriffs Office calls it theft a matter I am now pursuing but because of them being a business and no one person responsible, my on,y recourse may be a civil one. Dropped of my primary laptop this past week and was called Friday and told it was a virus and it would be ready Saturday and the. Charge would be $99. I didn't make it in on Saturday to pick it up so went today and not on,y was it not ready because they claim they were fixing the mouse touch pas, which I don't remember being broken, nor did I authorize them to perform this work and now they want to charge me $199.99 and are hold I got my computer hostage until I pay them their new charge because they claimed they did work which I did not authorize if it was even broken in the first place. I will never use this company again they are a bunch of scammers and thieves. I will be going to law enforcement tomorrow..
Although quite expensive, The Crystal Palace is one of my favorite buffets in Disney World. The food is simply delicious and there are ample choices for everyone's tastes. It is a character buffet, but not as noisy as the others with gorgeous decor and an even better view of Cinderella's Castle. The seafood, salads and the desserts are stellar. My favorite dish is the Salmon with some type of Chile dressing. Eat to your heart's content!
