i give all 5 stars because i feel they all deserve it every step of the way was easier then the next i felt like i had delt with real people not just a company was very relaxing moving experience.
Great great company! the guys worked hard as well as my moving coordinator! No issues with customer service they answered any question from beginning to end!!
Very disappointing. While initially appearing on the up and up and learned the hard way that this was not the case. The movers did come on time and worked hard. They broke an expensive piece of furniture and then attempted to claim that it was damaged prior to their visit. Another piece of furniture was never delivered, which I am assuming was broke on the truck and they just didnt have the nerve to tell me they damaged yet another piece of furniture. I was pleased to be given the option of submitting a claim, just to be completely ignored when following up to see if it was approved. The movers appeared frustrated, seeming in a rush to get to another job and again lied to me when I asked that a railing be removed from a bed stating I had to order another piece. I then took it off after they left. If I wasnt required to pay in full prior to the delivery of furniture to my new home (their policy) I would have never tipped them. I would not ever use them again nor would I advise any of my friends or family members to use them. Very professional and organized when they want your business but everything went downhill afterward.

Bought the living social deal and they weaseled their way around the three hours making our move only two hours and made us pay another $100 for a half hour that was still within the three hour limit. Read the fine print. This was not worth the "deal" I thought I was getting. This man Joe knew he was going to charge me extra from the start. He also threatened to call the cops if I took my stuff off the truck without paying the extra money. TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT USE!

We thought that the detailed firm explanation by the moving coordinator when the move was scheduled, the contract we send out when its scheduled and the "fine print" in the Living socail promotion would have been enough information to clearly explain the terms of our agreement. Moving out of my home was one of the most scariest things that i had to do!! Me and my Husband have so many great memories there, watching our kids grow up in that home have there kids visit and hang. It was time to go, we are going down south for warm weather and enjoy life. So choosing a mover was defiantly a difficult decision! I searched around got quotes- price was high but they worked with me. So moving day came, guys were on time! They stacked up the truck and off they went with my stuff. When it arrived to my home in SC nothing was broken or unaccounted for.. very satisfied, i give all 5 stars and will post reviews on sites for people to see !
This Company was great I had not a worry in mind, they gave me a guaranteed price for the move. With packing material included. My friend had used recommened the company and i was very impressed. The guys worked quick and so well i did not have any complaints , ding or dent in the walls. Funiture got wrapped with the blankets and the shrink wrap which was included with the price. Got a couple quotes these guys deffanly werent the cheapest but you get what you pay for in this world and this was well worth it!!
Moving out of my home after 30+ years, to a different state with just as much crap. All my childrens baby toys, clothes, pictures all there memories. So picking a company which i felt would take care of my stuff! Went through a couple companys but the man who set up my move was so sweet and helped me every step of the way! I sent him some quotes i got from other companies too. We talked about the stuff i was taking and he gave me a guanateed price, got me supplies i would need and we were on the way.. The day of the move came; guys were a hit traffic on the way, they called and told me and it was ok they worked through there lunch to keep the time going..i had to put my stuff in storage untill my house was ready down south. No problems when i got my stuff back. Very reasonable priced and great customer service!!
The move went wounderful. I had everything prepaired by the move date, things were wrapped in boxes by the front door. even though the weather was crappy i still belive the move went so well both for the load and off load. no surpises for the check either. i do recommend them for any body lookin for a mover
I had a good expiernce with this company. They were alittle outside the 8-10 window but they maid up for it with thier work! I was quoted for packing and they did such a great job. it was an all day affair but they guys didnt skip a beat. Over all was very happy with the outcome of this move!
Bait and Switch Operation
Move Our Stuff is not a reputable company. I have an open complaint with the better business bureau on these guys. They are a bait and switch operation and the truck they sent to my move needed a new transmission. They charged me and held onto my furniture unless I agreed to their second visit in the same lousey truck which was over loaded with a jacuzzi. Probably why it didn't make it up the hill. If you have no choice, demand a flat fee from these guys cause they will nickle and dime you by the minute.
