RUN! They had a 2 hour window in which they were supposed to be at our door between 8-10am and they still managed to be 2 hours late arriving at 12noon. They didnt even call us to give us updates of their whereabouts, we had to track them down! They said theyre truck broke down and they would arrive in 15 min. HA! They came an hour after that. Then, the contract said they would send 3 guys. One of their guys left shortly after arrival without even telling us because he wasnt feeling well. That left us with only 2 guys and my husband with a bad back and myself to carry everything. I shouldve just rented a truck and did it ourselves. When they first denied our request for a discount being that they didnt hold up their end of the contract, my husband argued with them for hours and they threatened not to give us our stuff back until we paid in full! My baby didnt have a crib to sleep in so we were forced to pay in full and eventually they credited us some money back...not nearly enough for all the trouble they caused. They took soooo long loading and unloading the truck, I provided them with both lunch and dinner because the job was not done in the 7 hrs they estimated. And if that wasnt enough, when we informed them the next day that our tool box was missing and possibly left on the truck, they said they would get back to us within an hour or 2 (by noon), we didnt hear from them until we got a text from the manager at 9pm saying "he just heard and hell look for it". ANd dont get me started on all the dents on our furniture...with all the choices, look elsehwere! I have moved a dozen times and never experienced anything like this! They give a good sales pitch to get your business and dont care about you after that!
a friend had refered us to this company - they treated us with great customer service no hidden fee's me and the moving corridinator were in constant contact so i had a better understanding what i was being charged for. great service the whole way around, i would use this company if the time came again..
Do NOT go anywhere near Moveourstuff. We had a very bad experience with them. They damaged our furniture, significantly raised their price from the original estimate and were extremely rude and abusive when we expressed our dissatisfaction. Learn from our lesson: stay away from them. My experience makes me question whether the 5 star reviews on this site are real. Just look at their Yelp rating.
this company was an awesome choice. Very happy to see everything so neatly wrapped. Antiques were taken with such great care. They were right on scedual i had to be at my other apartment to use the elevator between certain hours. everything was very orginized n went smoothly - would use this conpany again
Move went well very quick and easy! moved from NY to cali, took couple days but the boys were ready to roll once the time came, they worked so hard and were so careful with all my furniture, they even came and helped me pack my last few boxes once they got there.. awesome company - highly recommend these guys!
ontime and very accurite with thier estimate, didnt go over the time aloltted, men worked fast but very well, none of my stuff was damaged or missing, very impressed, good job!

The guys were great, very good customer service. Any question i had about my belongings for example where they were or the Estimated Arrival Time, they were very quick to respond.Was inconstand phone contact with the dispatch team. No belonings were broken or misplaced very satisfied
From the moment the estimator entered my house I should have known the company was sketchy. He knowingly gave me a low estimate to 'seal the deal' then when moving day came they wanted over $700 more. The stole some of my items.. when confronted the manager actually said "well since they didnt make it on the truck I told the guy he could take it home" They haven't called back after I've repeatedly tried resolving the matter. I just wanted my items back and when they did answer the phone I heard snickering in the background. They also disassembled my kids' loft bed and I'm missing some of the necessary pieces to put it back together so now I have to go out and buy a new bed for my kids. PLEASE save some aggrevation and stay FARRRR away from these people. Even the movers who arrived for piclup and drop off spoke badly about the companysaying they hear complaint about lost or damaged items and cost disputes at EVERY move
Totally unreliable. DO NOT use them. It was great in the beginning, then it got worse and worse, until finally, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP TO MOVE ME!
In my experience, I was cautious, scheduled an in-home inventory. They had a few minor errors in counting furniture. It took over two and a half weeks for them to revise it. I was so nervous at their lack of responsiveness over certificates of insurance, elevator time periods, etc. that I emailed them a week out from my move to say that I was nervous. The agent emailed and assured me that he would have the final contract to me that day. He left a voicemail later that day saying that their internet was down and he would have it to me in a day or so. When he finally sent it, the response email had the header &amp;quot;Sorry this was late- my hands were tied.&amp;quot; (Terrible customer service!) Finally- to top off the most nerve wracking experience ever- they DIDN&amp;quot;T SHOW UP TO MOVE ME! I called them, got a receptionist, who forwarded me to my moving supervisor, who LIED and said that their warehouse burned down. He didn't even give suggestions for what I should do. They just TOTALLY BAILED!!!
Great Overall, They were a bit late. I wish they had started a bit earlier. They guys looked tired when they arrived and showed up around 10:20am. I would have like them to be there 9:00am the latest. They took very good care of my furniture which is what I wanted. They got the job done and the manager Flo was great. I would recommend them to friends and family
I've moved a couple of times and this was by far the best experience.
The day before the move I got a call from the dispatcher that would be in charge of my move, confirming all the information (like the amount of stuff I have, distance from elevator to truck, estimated hours/travel time). He also left me his phone number and approximate arrival time for the truck. I received a call from him during a move as well, making sure that everything was going to my liking.
The next morning I got a call from the onsite supervisor letting me know they were on the way and when they were expecting to arrive (on time).
I had a one bedroom so I had 3 guys working; they were exceptionally courteous, asked before doing anything they werent sure about, and just plain fun to talk to.
When driving to the new residence, I made a quick stop at a store expecting to have plenty of time to drive over - the truck almost beat me to my new home so I wasted no time waiting for them to start unloading.
Unloading was just as efficient; all items were assembled just like before, and they carried everything into whichever rooms we needed.
Before I knew it, they picked up all of the used up boxes/cardboard/packing tape we used for my items and were on their way - finishing on time and without any hassle.
All I can say now is, moves are always stressful, but this one was almost fun. Definitely using them again!
