Automobile Body Repairing Painting in Los Angeles, CA

This is my 2nd time using your body shop. I was a return customer because the work performed the 1st time at the shop in the West LA area was to my satisfaction, although it took longer than what I had anticipated. This 2nd time around, albeit I was again satisfied with the quality of work, I cringed because I’m deeply disappointed with the amount of time that it took for the job to complete. I went without my car for close to 2 months (about a week shy of). Now, I’m not an expert on auto body repair, but given the technology at the body shops disposal, my car should have been returned to me within a month. I’m saddened to say that I will no longer seek your services, should I ever need them in the future and I will not recommend your shop to anyone I know due to how long it takes. I truly feel that my car was put on the back burner and not only did I suffer loss of use given that I was hit by an uninsured motorist, but I incurred additional and unnecessary loss of use after all the time that my car spent at your shop. Please note that I normally don’t take the time to write reviews and/or send feedback, but this had to be done because of the ridiculous amount of time it took for my car to be repaired. I know that it’s just not me that feels this way because after talking about it with family and friends, they told me that my car had been at your shop for an exaggerated amount of time.

I like how they always kept me informed while the car was being repaired. When the repairs were completed, they always looked good. Once when I needed my car before leaving town for a trip. They made sure I got it back on time. They even let me pick it up on a Friday after hours.

Our Brand New Truck was parked when a car out of no where SLAMMED into our truck and totaled it out. Francisco came out right away cleaned up the mess and helped us fill out the paperwork and was very friendly. The body shop worked with the insurance company. We were asked to come down to sign the documents to release the truck to the insurance company but maybe that's a document they could have on hand but other than that wonderful company.

Very helpful shop amir fixed my 2017 escalade they did a good job they worked good with my adjuster will recommend them to my friends

I took my 2013 Cadillac Escalade to this shop on a friend's recommendation. Amir ( the shop owner ) is a really nice guy and told me he would work with my on the deductible and even got me an Enterprise rental for free! if I had taken my car to a insurance company-owned shop I wouldn't get so many freebees He did a beautiful job that is guaranteed for as long as I own the car! I highly recommend this shop.

I came to Los Angeles for business and involve accident, they tow my car to After Collision Center, I went there the next day they help me with rental car and also they fixed my car on time. thank you for generosity and helping me.

Shop was quick and efficient, amir didn't give me any problems he even went out of his way to fix other parts of my car free of charge since I brought the business to him. Car got rear ended insurance took care of everything and so did amir. Highly recommended

Fantastic people, and they did a great job on both our cars. I highly recommend this place for those that need work done on their vehicle as these guys are not only extremely good at what they do but are also honest and courteous. Treat others the way you want to be treated is their motto and they don't even know it because they are just doing what's right.

Cedric is the man! Took my Porsche Carrera in to get some paint work done and my rear two windows fixed. He did a great job on the body work, and the rear windows. Saved me significant $ but with great workmanship. Best of all, he didn't try to upsell me on anything, which I can't say for the dealership. Great shop.
