A bunch of shysters, I don't know about the company in other parts of the country, but in New York they are horrible, Sal comes over and gives you a price for a estimate which from them means nothing, then take longer to do the move cause they come with the wrong trucks (one large 26ft and A rented 10ft uhaul )when I was told I was getting TWO 26 foot moving vans. The move went from 8hrs as per the estimate to 21 hours and went to over double the amount. To top it off the manager in the office JOE tells his guys not to unload the rest of my belongings until the amount was paid and said he did'nt take Amex although it says on the estimate. They ended up leaving at 3am, and placed boxes which wrere clearly labled in the wrong rooms. Do yourselves a big favor, skip these SHYSTERS.
Movers were friendly, professional & most importantly FAST! They moved my fiancé and I to our new home a short time ago. They were very careful with all my fiancé's many collectibles, which was very important to us. We can't thank you enough for such a stress-free and flawless move!

They actually exceeded my expectation, their movers are highly skilled, well experienced, very careful and efficient. I was worried like anything for my move. Yesterday was the day. I moved in a new apartment yesterday with my family. It was quite a big move. 4 bed room move is never an easy one but Lloyd and his team did everything right. They were very organized and they had all the tricks to offer. This guys did a terrific job for me. They not only completed the move perfectly, they were running ahead than the schedule and they eventually charged less than the original quote! I found all the necessary qualities within them which are mandatory to relocate. I recommend Move Our Stuff to all.
I had Lloyd and his crew for my move and they were truly excellent. They made my move far easier than I anticipated, with great attitudes the entire time and were very accommodating to special requests with how to handle my items. The final cost of the move was about 10% higher than quoted. However given the quality of the service I personally didn't think this was an issue. I got an excellent service in general. I won't hesitate to use Move Our Stuff again and recommend to all.
We moved from a 3rd floor to a 3rd floor with no elevators. The team of three guys, led by Lloyd arrived on time and worked methodically through the job, loading the truck carefully to ensure everything was packed efficiently. We had packed the boxes but didn't have protection for the furniture but the platinum team had all the required equipment to ensure the furniture got there safely. It took four hours in total to move a two bedroom apt and this was solely due to the tireless efforts of the movers up and down the stairs. Having previously attempted to move without professional help I can say using Move Our Stuff was worth every penny. Not just highly recommended but essential!
These guys just recently moved my wife & I. We had used them in the past to move from Jacksonville, Florida to Newark, New Jersey, and now we used them again to move us from New Jersey to Connecticut. They are truly top of the line. I'm so glad these guys were there to help me! I booked with another company who's name I will not say (in case the review is removed due to that). They came to my home, took an inventory, then made me go through the inventory again over the phone, gave me a price, (which was substantially cheaper than Moveourstuff) and on the day of the move, they DIDN'T show up! Told me they had a problem with the truck (even though I heard the manager say they double booked that truck and my move wasn't as big as the other.).
That's when I called MoveOurStuff.com. Kaitlyn, my moving coordinator, was GREAT! They were able to work things out with the operations director Joseph and they moved me the very next morning! Everyone was so helpful. The movers were very careful and efficient. I couldn't be happier with these guys!
We moved from NY to a wonderful renovated home in NJ. I’ve used this company twice now and they have not only met our expectations, they’ve exceeded them. Michael at the office helped me make up an appropriate schedule and insurance package for their services; the crew made sure that the homes at both ends were not damaged, nor our belongings. It was great!
Everyone at Move Our Stuff were nothing short of "professional". Ronald and his team arrived on time and help us to wrap our furniture and some other fragile items. They were very polite, friendly and nice to be around. They brought every single box up a flight of stairs and into our new apartment, I was truly amazed. There were a few things broken but that is because they were not wrapped sufficiently by ME for the trip. I will highly recommend Move Our Stuff to anyone who needs a professional, caring, courteous, and expert, moving company. This was my first long distance relocation experience and you all made it wonderful, relaxing, and stress-free.
I called these guys to move me from NYC to NJ. The move went on with NO issues. The sales rep was super professional and answered all of my questions. The price was a little more than most companies, but it was definitely worth it for the peace of mind. The movers arrived 10 mins late, but they had called me 40mins in advance to let me know they were stuck in a bit of traffic (and for those of you who have lived or visited NYC, you know that's always a problem). When they got to my apartment, they worked super quick wrapping all my furniture and getting everything safely into the truck. I'm using them again next year when I move to California.
AWESOME MOVERS!!!!! I was thoroughly impressed with these guys! The entire company as a whole worked so well. From the moment I called looking for a visual estimate, to a week AFTER my move had been completed, they were in contact with me. They weren't the cheapest estimate I received, but their knowledge and thoughtfulness in helping me keep costs down, made me pick them. My moving coordinator Michael Cipolla was and absolute pleasure. He made sure I had everything I needed for my move and even gave me tips to make my move go faster and how to save money on packing materials! My movers were on time, very professional and pleasant, and extremely efficient. Nothing that was going to cost me more was used without them speaking to my husband or myself before they used it to make sure we were ok with the use of the item as well as the charge. A+++++++ company in my book and I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
