        MCII, also known as Missouri Community Improvement Industries, is a nonprofit organization that provides employment options to adults with disabilities. Founded in 1975, it offers job placement options in the areas of packaging, sorting, bulk mailing, fulfillment, collating, labeling and drilling. The organization produces point-of-purchase items, merchandising kits, printed materials, assembly parts, manufactured components and hardware products. MCII also provides furniture refinishing solutions, as well as flow over stripping systems. Its clients include Siegel-Robert Automotive, Monterey Mushrooms and MOCAP. The organization manages a more than 35,000-square-foot facility and warehouse. In addition, MCII assembles corrugated trays and partitions for glass products.
