Munchkinland Academy provided the best care for my daughter they treated her like family made me aware of everything she did during her time there. The teachers are very nice professional and the education they provide is exceptional my daughter knew her ABC's and how to count to 14 by the time she was 2. Her vocabulary is extensive and she is very smart because of the help from Munchkinland Academy I would recommend this daycare to everyone. Go check it out you won't regret it.
They have No Sympathy, so sad when they so No its no. At first I thought it was a great place I do not recommend if you are a single parent they will not work with you at all.
My son has been at Achieving Stars Learning Center for about 4 years. The Center Director and the staff could not be any more helpful with his learning & education. I feel safe and secure knowing that my son is in great hands. My son enjoys attending school daily and they have taught great deal of social and learning skills. I have seen the kindness of the staff and the Director through a very tough time in my family’s life. I have seen my son grow into a young boy, that is loved and adored. He is kindergarten ready. Achieving Stars Learning Center has the most wonderful staff!
This daycare is always very clean and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable especially Ms. Shelia and Ms. Musa and the receptionist. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the head lady or principal what ever she wants to call herself is super rude, and has been rude on many occassions. I guess there is always some bad everywhere.
Great place with nice teachers. They are always doing great activities with the kids. My two boys are always happy to go to school
I placed my son on the waiting based on his grandma's wishes, however from the beginning I was very apprehensive due to the directors lack of professionalism and tact/charisma. I have found another provider that is equally qualified while I waited on a waiting list with no given estimate, after waiting for various months I get a call told that I need to make a decision within 24 hours out of the blue and that if I don't my son will get placed at the bottom of the list. My son was number seven and I guess number one through six decided to decline. Every time i asked about the process i was harshly reminded there was no guarantee, mind you i had to call and no one followed up until recently when i was pressured and given an ultimatum. I remember when i showed in person the second time the greet was tasteless and was told there is a waitlist first thing. Communication was minimal and unorganized. I had paid $100 to be on the waiting list and this would not go towards the registration fee which is another hundred now I understand that, however I would appreciate more customer service and understanding at the very least. I felt a sense of arrogance from the beginning, i called to express my concerns and decline the offer and then i was given "more time" to decide but i really wish it would not have come to a complaint. It was an attempt to solve the issue but what about proactive rapport? This demonstrated lack of leadership and it did not align with my values. I hope they can increase interpersonal skills in the "best daycare of the year".
My daughter has been going here since she was 1, and I'd never even consider taking her anywhere else!Aunt Delores' gives your child the special, individual attention they deserve. They are very vigilant over the children's safety and development, as well as interested in cultivating relationships with the parents of the children they care for.I have never had any doubt as to how well they are teaching my child; even with her stubborn attitude and somewhat slow development, Aunt Delores' has always provided her with the special attention she needs to succeed. It will be a very fond farewell this Fall when she's off to Kindergarten! If you're looking for a child care center with great values, small class sizes, an excellent VPK program, and talented staff who really care about your children, this is it!
My child attended this school for a year. I was so glad to get her out of there. They DO NOT have a set learning schedule for the children. There are 5 classrooms there; when I withdrew my daughter only ONE of the original teachers remained. My daughter personally went through 3/4 teachers in the same class. They either wrongfully terminate teachers or the teachers leave because of ill treatment. When my daughter first started they said the canopy over the playground had been destroyed by a recent hurricane; a year later there was still no canopy over the playground and the children were outside daily in 95 degree heat index. My daughter would come home with ripped clothes and was even forced to pee her pants one day because there weren't enough teachers there for one to accompany her to the bathroom. Since moving my daughter she has learned so much, something I notice did not happen at GLC. The most they would do was color all day; they didn't even have a set schedule for the children to learn something as basic as the alphabet..
Very disappointed with their expertise. The experience is not as they promised on the orientation tour.
Horrible place. I enrolled my 2 1/2 year old baby and in only 3 I could see how unprofessional and inhuman this people are. We thought that Kiddie U was the right place and after 3 days we realized that this place is awful. They left my baby cry and put him on a chair for 45min. after picking him up from daycare he had a swollen ear. If you are looking for a loving, caring, secure, learning experience for your child Kiddie U is not the place.
