I have to put a star and this should be a NO STAR rating. Blanca is unprofessional and should be ashamed of herself. If that’s how she treats the patients and paying customers, she should be immediately fired. She didn’t let me speak to hear my concern and she was insensitive regarding the issue. Blanca is a disgrace to this great company. I will never come back because of the unprofessional attitude and her poor handling of a conflict with a customer. Blanca should be supervised on how she talks to the customers and see if that is how you want to be treated. This is not how I deal with my patients especially with conflicts. She should remain professional because she is on the job. It is unacceptable and Blanca is very unprofessional to be in this kind of business. Being unprofessional can turn to poor outcome. She should not be working in a healthcare industry if she do not know how to handle a conflict with a patient.
I bought a Groupon and went to get an extra pair of glasses. The lady there was outstanding in knowledge and help. Went through my options and made me feel valued. Definitely recommend. And the Groupon is such a great value. Give them a chance, you can't go wrong. Yes, the selection is not like Kindly optical, but the price is not either. A+ service and experience! 1/7/2017
Extremely impressed with the healthCARE this company provides. Opthalmology Associates has now redeemed me from a state of crisis a few times. I just recently saw Dr. Moss after being given the wrong lens Rx from my optometrist. After four visits with that optometrist, I was told that there was nothing more that could be done and the dizziness and headaches were probably because my eyes were "sensitive" to small changes. Dr. Moss's technician found a major discrepency in prescriptions and they were able to fix it. What makes OA stand out is that (A) they treated it as the emergency that it was and (b) they didn't let me leave until the problem was resolved. Initially, after calling around, I chose them because the receptionist was pleasant and they were able to get me in the next morning. I had a similar experience with them several years ago as well. This time I will make sure to hold onto their contact info!
Very poor customer service I come in with my sister they didn't ask me if we need help only few frames that was $18 poor selection just don't waste your time
The healthcare staff and customer service staff are unfriendly and rude. While I was waiting for the doctor to examine me I heard him and an assistant, who were standing just outside my door, in the hall, discussing in very loud whispers, a patient, mentioning that the person is crazy and giggling about it. Not professional at all and very juvenile. I am a retired Urgent Care RN and never have seen such poor regard for the patient. Remember that the patient is the employer of the healthcare team, not the other way around. Therefore, I have fired this healthcare team and will not go there again.
Very poor customer service! Money hungry business! I felt like I was at a car dealership! Expect to be pressured into buying expensive glasses or contacts. If you take time to think about your decision, they still find away to squeeze money out of you.
You can't go wrong here. The prices can't be beat, there are frames for every taste and every size pocketbook, and I strongly recommend it because the staff are expertly skilled at helping make the right choice of lenses for your needs and frames that flatter your face. I'm a customer for life.
I see him once a year for eye exam. Very friendly and competent. Explains what he's doing and what his findings are.
