On 5/13/2017 at 12ish me n.my family went to dennys on south 27th.st.milwaukee wisconsin and the mananger name stacey was poor service very rude n discrimination n disrespect ful we were n line she was the.only person so far doing the servering it was busy packed and I was I was behind.a.party behind me was 5other partys waiting to be served also n line so she called one party up n then I would have been next they were called n then a another person came n the door and walked up n front of me n ask to be served she serve the person latio I am afro American n I waitin excuse me mam I was next how u allow me to be skipped after waiting for a hr n line and she ignored me I said hello then manager stacey said u have to wait I here loud n smart I said hold on u dnt have to be rude n frank disrespecting me loud thats not how u talkbto me people were lookin n seen how wrong she was the person sat dwn waiting to eat but I was skip over wrong and I said I am the customer thats not how u talk to me she well I dnt have to serve I was upset I said how what reaon do u have none not to serve me theres not conflict issues here I was skiped over n ignored.then I said I go report ur behavior to manager this not aceppectable she well I am not serveing u I said u dnt have.to I can eat me n my family elsewere but I am filling a complaint ur wrong then she said were ur other manager she smarked n said n.rude way again I am the manager no one here but me I said oh no theres someone over dennys thats a lye she wouldnt let me file complaint against I went back next day n filed with manager over stacey they help me respect ful listened n kind n said it will be taken care of because they apologize to.me for her wrongness said thats not not aceptable come find out im not the only person she had over many complaint s from.other customer s for her wrongness acts tords customer s n since then il never me my will eat at that dennys never very disgraceful behaviour manager s27th st

Visited the IHOP #5422 Saturday November 28, 2015 afor breakfast. Greeting was prompt & pleasant. Our order was taken in a timely manner. It took a while to get our food, approximately 15 minutes. When we asked that the easy over eggs be cooked just a little longer, we never saw the waitress again until we finished eating. The waitress asked if we wanted to take the eggs home..... NO! Why? Eggs! and do what with them. Warm them up the next morning. We had to ask if we could get a credit for the eggs we hadn't eaten, but offered to take home. We waited another 10 minutes. Okay, No Tip!. We were credited for one of our coffees and told, "the coffee $2.49 cost more than the 2 eggs.Won't be going back.
So many things wrong. Friendly waiter but that is the end of it. Four people and all four orders came with something wrong. No fruit on one order hard eggs when ordered soft on another. Pancakes came with topping that was expressly asked to not have on. Pancakes were rubbery like they were under heat lamp for half an hour. Hash browns were room temperature. Hostest came by and asked if we wanted more coffee We said yes. She never came back. Ordered Apple juice got sprite. This was the worst experience I have had in a chain restaurant I have ever had. It was as though they wanted to make sure we never came back. That they accomplished
