Further he indicated my floors were vinal and carpet when in fact they are about 80 percent hardwood, there is not a vinal floor in the house anywhere. He also called my bath and showers (3ea) as as having vinal surrounds when every one of them is custom tile floor to ceiling. When I called him on the inaccuracies he said it was just a typo, how professional is that? I could go on but suffice it to say when you apply for a loan find out who they will use for the appraisal and stay away from "Lender Preferred Appraisal Co."
