I started coming to this location since May 2018 and at first I was weary after reading the reviews, but it was the closest location to me and I thought I'd give them a chance. I walked in and was greeted by Miryam and long story short I had a pleasant experience. I came back at the beginning of June to upgrade and they hooked me up with an amazing deal on their top of the line LG which is the G7. This phone is the best bang for the buck flagship phone you can get! People have been sleeping on the G7 and this phone is just as great if not better than the competition. They were doing a lease one get one offer so I got 2, then they waived my activation fees, AND it didn't require me to add a line! A huge shout out to Sean, Miryam, Lucero, Kathy, Noel, Noe, Betsy, and the rest of their staff for helping me every time I came in.

The worker is in my opinion a scam artist please do not shop here tried to charge me 129.00 for a boostmobile phone that was selling for 79.00 tried to get a refund saying he would only give me 70 back boost mobile customers should just go to a boostmobile dealer trust me save yourself the head ache had to file a complaint with States Attorney and through Boostmobile fraud prevention department he cut my phone off and changed my pass word

Worst company to do business with. Customer Service is beyond helpless and just keeps giving "stock" answers. They obviously have no idea what they are talking about. They put a charge on my sons credit card and have told him for 3 months that it is being "escalated" for a refund. If their escalation department takes over 3 months to get results, I shudder to think what their non-escalation process is. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Motorola Mobility LLC in Chicago - or anywhere else for that matter!
