We had an excellent experience. Diane was very knowledgeable about the C Max, Victor was very helpful and proactive getting us into a car to test drive. When we decided to order our car, another similar car came into the dealership and Diane promptly called us to give us a choice. She kept us up to date on the cars arrival and delivered it in a fast and friendly way taking into account what information we needed and by passing information we did not need

About the only thing missing was a cold beer:) All my service and purchasing arraigments have been dealt with respect.

I made an appointment the day before for oil change and service on my 2012 Fusion. I was taken right in away and was told my wait time would be an hour. It was less and my service was explained very nicely to me. Thank you.

Great experience. Had an emergent problem and parts are back ordered until April. I was disappointed but 4 days later Jerred called and said they somehow got the parts on a rush order and i am back in my truck.
