I have been in twice now and Kyle and his staff have taken great care of me. They took care of a major transmission the first time and also a door seal. This time around they couldn't duplicate my issues but they made a good effort to make sure nothing was wrong. When I say that Kyle is literally the best anyone could ever be at his job, I'm not exaggerating. I know I will be in good hands every time I visit!

I have used Landmark Ford for 3 years during my time in Oregon. They have always been very professional and courteous. I'm thankful to have found a service department like Landmark's. Mike set up the schedule for the 4 replacement tires on my 2013 Flex. Jason took care of the service. As requested, the new tires were set to 40 psig, and the spare was set to 60 psig. Got on the freeway and at speed, the vehicle was smmooth, indicating good wheel balancing. All systems go.

Was good. They were running 20...

Was good. They were running 20 minutes behind but that was fine. I had asked them to wash and vacuum the car which they did but forgot the back very back (which needed it badly) and didn't wipe down the car after the wash??? I know it was rainy that day but by not wiping it clean after we drove home is was dirtier than when they started which meant I had to "pay" and have it washed the next day. That was disappointing!
