Outstanding service. Effecient, friendly, fast svc. Called around Noon to make an apt to get my oil changed with multi point inspection. James, I think on teh Blue team, told me to bring it in within an hour and they would have it done for me by 5:00 P to p/u after work so wasnt expecting it until then. They actually called me back within an hour and a half to come p/u. I Used my coupon I got online for the 39.95 works special, plus a 10.00 online rebate. Even gave me a rain check for a free car wash since it is very rainy. As well as shuttled me back to work. I can't say how pleased I am with Landmark Ford Svc. I have nothing but excellent svc since day one when I traded in my Ford Escape last October. I tell everyone how great they are. Keep up the good work and I will be a loyal customer for good

My experience was top notch.

I left my car at the appointed time. I came back an hour later, and went to the office to take care of the paper work which was ready to go. I went to my car which had received a complementary wash, and left for home.



The service was carried out seamlessly,and could not have been better.
