Every part of my experience with my husband and I Jeff was very pleasant and professional made it easy for us did wasn't pushy I can say is that I will definitely come back. The other staff that was there was very professional as well but Jeff was exceptionally helpful Thank you Jeff

I appreciate the quick turnaround with an issue that disabled my car. It was under warranty, thankfully. The shuttle service to/from my workplace was very helpful as well.

Great service Done in a short amount of time. Loved the lady (I didn't get her name) who was hanging out outside. She greeted me, helped get me to where I needed to go when I arrived, and directed me to my car when it was ready to go.

Rob was the greatest. Proficient and very kind. Always smiling. This is my second car with Holmes and always been treated great!

I have had 2 Ford Explorers. The second one with 193,000 unfortunately was having too many problems so the search for a replacement needed to happen. Nate Kulland was probably the reason I came back to look at Landmark Ford.

Kari Locke was a very gracious salesperson with no added pressure to purchase any particular vehicle. She was very helpful in answering any questions we had and was willing to drive any vehicle that interested us. Thank you, Kari.

Although we were not expecting to pay $50,000, we did decide on the 2015 Ford Explorer Limited for comfort, safety, reliability and room.

Overall

Where I only had a oil change and tire rotation on departure a thumping noise immediately developed. I called service after returning home and was offered next day appointment. Now all is well and no one really knows the cause but after taking off the wheels and inspecting the brakes no noise! Thanks PS so far

Tony is very respectful and explains all that is going to happen. When the job is finished,he takes the time to explain what was done.

I have a Morgan Roadster, an English 2 seater sports car and had it towed to your facility because of a failed cooling fan causing the engine to overheat to a point that I could no longer drive it safely. This car has been serviced in the past by Parr Ford in Bremerton WA. (the car resides in Poulsbo WA). A faulty relay was discovered, replaced and apparently got the fan working. Unfortunately this simple repair did not work, and after starting back home to Seattle where I live the car once again heated up, eventually requiring a very expensive tow back home even with AAA. Chris has indicated that he will request a refund to me because the problem was not solved. Hopefully that will be done. Otherwise the service etc. etc. was excellent. It was the unfamiliarity of the vehicle that was the problem and they tried their best, considering the circumstances.

Tony met me at the front of my car greated me by my first name and got me processed very quickly. Only waited 45 minutes. Excellent customer service.

Overall

Had an issue - techs forgot to tighten the lugs on the right rear wheel and completely forgot one lug. Love your dealership - just need you to know this happened for any corrective actions. Will also bring my Fords to your service department. You guys are still awesome in my mind.

Very understanding of my problem, which is: I still can't program my Homelink in my 2015 F-150 to my garage. I understand your people are working on the problem with Ford and Homelink. Hopefuly, the issue will be resolved in the near future. I feel that if I payed for something, it should work.

I was pleased with the sales approach which was not pushy but very helpful. My sales person showed me the cars I was interested in and showed me how the rear seats folded down to help in my decision of which car I wanted. All my questions were answered and explained clearly. This is about the 4th vehicle we either purchased or leased. I have taken my 2000 Focus Hatch, purchased from Landmark, for service for the last 15 years and have always been very satisfied.

Overall

I have been bringing my truck and T-Bird to Landmark since I bought my truck in August 1998. The work is always done right. If it can't be done in one day, I have been given a loaner for the evening. Thank you for doing that.
