Time for the 20,000 mile check-up and oil change. No problem setting up the appointment when I wanted it. The tan team were a lot faster than expected. I noticed a new noise in the brakes when I got it back and they put it up on the rack,found some dirt that had gotten into the brake pads and cleaned that out and safety checked it for me. Overall a great appointment.

My experience was a surprisingly pleasant one, as I was dreading going through the process of buying a new car. In fact, I actually had a GOOD TIME!! My introduction was very nice and my salesman was very informative with a wonderful relaxed manner. In fact, all the people I came across at Landmark, whether I was working with them or not, were very pleasant and reflected the whole atmosphere and great camaraderie the entire team had with each other-and in turn to their customers.

did all of transaction on internet system. Dealt with Tom Rayner and he was a straight shooter & I felt he gave me the best deal he could and was interested in doing the best job and giving me the best deal possible. Tom was very responsive to my needs & requests.

My new Ford Fusion Hybrid was experiencing a number of electrical system/sensor failures + experiencing far below advertised fuel efficiency.
Jared was very professional and helpful from the Landmark perspective and did his job well. My complaints would be with Ford corporate because getting spare parts took two weeks to source and Ford had no answer with respect to why fuel efficiency is so far below advertised levels. I have now seen that this is true across all Fusion Hybrids, so clearly an issue of Ford Motor fraudulent performance claims.

My experience was great and Charlie was very informative. My only complaint is the interest rate was higher than I expected and was never specified til I sat with the F&I person. When I asked why I felt was I given a brush off sort of answer. I plan to refi through my credit union Onpoint.

CJ was the best Sales Rep I've ever dealt with. He was genial, knowledgable, professional and he was very much our agent through the entire process. He quickly responded to all our questions and in fact, went above and beyond the call to make sure we were well taken care of.Additionally every one we came in contact with--from the friendly door greeters to Business Managers Bob and Beau were friendly and professional.I'd most certainly recommend Landmark as THE dealership from which to buy a car.

I was greeted by a very nice woman who called someone to help me hook up my phone to my new car. Then she took me to the body shop and Robin listened to my concern, then took my car around back to the body shop and in a few minutes, the problem was fixed! What great service!!!

I REALLY LIKED THE WAY EVERYTHING WENT. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOOK CARE OF THE CONCERN WITH MY VEHICLE THE FIRST TIME. (MAYBE BECAUSE I WAS THE ONE WORKING ON THE VEHICLE)

James did an exceptional job on informing us on the product in which we wanted to purchase. We boiled it down to a Dodge and a Ford. James did such an expert job of detailing out the construction of the Ford, and all the excessories, that it was an easy choice.

Jered was very clear about the work and potential cost that was needed for a 120K tune-up. He was so helpful regarding payment (I prefer to use checks) and lined up a loaner car for my use. Jered (and Pete) communicated well and kept me informed The entire staff with whom I had contact (car rental, cashier, receptionists, service personnel) were all so friendly and helpful. I have received wonderful service from Landmark over the life of my vehicle.Thank you all very much!
