The owner quoted $25 for a cake, then then day of pick up changed my bill to over $40. I told him that was not the price quoted, he could keep the cake. He refused a refund and walked away. WORST customer service ever, not to mention him stealing $20. Horrible business. Do not risk getting screwed go to another DQ!!!!
They didn't put syrup, butter, fork in for pancakes. Took over a hr when called back to get them to answer their phone . Over all bad won't go back to any . The supervisor on duty was unskilled and in perfessional. Kellogg's Dugan location. Also I would give no star but u have too ����
Bad, very bad. I did nothing to deserve these bad behavior by some of their employee. All I do was say hi, my order, and have a nice day after paying. What caught my attention was , I caught an employee spit in my drink. I thought nah that can't be true. But I decided to dump the drink to see after I left the restaurant. Sure enough there were Spits in it. That got me thinking about the food. I open it up. Everything looks normal until I flip the fish over. There snot or spit on. The underside.
The worst food I have ever had from any Long John Silvers. Went their on Saturday 4/16/2016 at 8:00pm. Cook was in the register, tells me someone will be with me in a minute. (not sure why cook was in the register) Then a woman took my order, it was obvious food was cooked previous then they recooked it. Was dry, more dry than beef jerky. Darkest brown you ever seen on fish or chicken, and also had been cooked so much it was super, super, thin, WOW, So disgusting my dog wouldn't even eat in.
Please do not invest your money into the DQ at 1520 S. Webb Rd, in Wichita KS. The owner verbalized his primary focus isn't customers or quality food/service, it's his money. I believe in 2nd chances and this place has continued to disappoint. The blizzards are often runny. I ordered a cake figuring you can't go wrong with those. It wasn't done the how I asked. The cake maker (owners sister) was not in the day of pickup. All the details and charges were written on their paperwork, yet when I went in to pickup the cake, the owner decided to try and bill me for decorations that were originally said to be free. When explaining that the cake wasn't decorated as ordered, he still wanted me to pay full price PLUS charges he added. In the end, he lied about taking any new charges off, prior to my payment. After looking at receipt guess what... THE CHARGES HE ADDED LAST MINUTE WERE STILL THERE. Owner lacks, ethics, quality food/service and flat out doesn't care.This community deserves better.
I ordered one of their polar swirls and got half a shake. They didn't even bother mixing in the cookie dough, they just sprinkled some on top. And when I say half the cup, I'm being generous. If your mad that I came in to eat, good job, I'm never coming back.

My son and his friend went thru drive up window, ordered their food, didn't know how much the total was. Got to the pay window, was never told what the total was, lady said just give me the money. He handed her $35 and the ticket was $21.97. She gave him $3.03 back. He should have got $13.03 back. I call the Manager. She said sorry the cash register balances. Thieves and very rude!! Beware!!
Had me waiting for 15 min with only 3 cars in the lot for chili cheese coneys. I Figued everything was fresh and when I got home less than 2 miles away the fries where very cold. No apology for being 15 min and I was not able to call the store because the phone was busy for over 30 minutes! I used to work at this sonic it has clearly gone down hill I will not be back
