This is one place l WOULD NOT recommend. The chicken was undercooked, the desserts were old and the management is not very nice. The only thing that tasted good was my soda! This place is called Ourr's and it is a so-called imitation of Furr's. The "F" was replaced with an "O". Bring the real restaurant back Furr's with better management and better quality food! Not wanting to sound prejudiced but to me it is Asian people trying to run an American restaurant and they are NOT successful with it. I would tell ANYONE l meet not to eat at this restaurant.

When we first entered the restaurant, we were pleased with the atmosphere. Then it was ruined. The waitress made us feel that we were not wanted there. We were never greeted, never asked if she could help us, never offered the menu vs the buffet. We are a family of restaurant people and will not go back to Spears. And I plan to tell everyone I know, as well. Poor, poor service.
Terrible, wasn't even greeted at all. Sat there for ten minutes and then decided to leave. Don't go to this sh*t hole.

Was very disappointed! Went for a home cooked meal but did not receive it! Instant potatoes. ..frozen chicken fried something ! Packaged gravy..should have stayed home!
