i have been going to tammy's nail for over 6 yrs , first owner was a little snobby , but I had a favorite nail person who did a great job , now she is the owner AMMIE ,so the place is a lot better new equipment better attitude ...

They don't allow you time to choose a nail color. I felt rushed. They assigned me to a guy who obviously did not know what he was doing. I went there yesterday 8/16/17 for gel polish on my hands. He proceeded to paint my nails and it was clear there was hardly any polish left in the bottle. I had to say something before he got up to see if there was more. One of the female techs told him there was and to throw that bottle out. He did a horrible job. Doesn't not know how to paint nails. Had polish all over my cuticles and finger tip. The final clear gel coat wAs thick and all over too so when it dried it looked like white crust. I was so upset. This was my second time going there. My first time one of the girls did my gel nails and she did a great job. The owner should not allow this man to do services he is not capable of. I will never go there again!!

This place is awful if I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service and attitude!

Have been going to Dream Nails for over 2 years now. Always a wonderful experience and I'm constantly getting compliments on how my nails look!

I went to this nail shop looking to get a pedicure. Since it is in my area I thought it would be convient. I walked in and was immediately denied services. I was not asked to schedule an appointment at a later date but was told their were no slots available by the owner. I later called to see if I could schedule an appointment and was able to come in almost immediately. I am completely disgusted on how I was treated. I was not asking for free services nor did I come into the facility in an inappropriate manner. The attitude and the body language said it all. My business was not welcome. I'll be sure to let others in the area know how this facility operates.

The girl stabbed at my feet and dug under my nails with unclean instruments first. Then she filed the crap out of my acrylics until they looked clumpy and terrible. They're all different lengths now. They charged me extra for gel polish without asking if I wanted it in the first place and it's already chipping off a few days later. They overcharged my credit card too. Will not be back.

Was not impressed at all !! Would really like my nails fixed because they are crooked an full of air bubbles , they aren't even and they don't cover my real nails an worst of all they are already falling apart an it hasn't been 24 hours !!! Please contact me a dissatisfied customer

When I got married in 1998, "Julie" (now the Manager of Art Nails) did my nails for the first time. I have literally followed her for all these years - off and on. Even when she moved and we lost touch, somehow our paths continued to cross. Over the years, I've watched this shop grow and even though I don't live in Greece (and not even married anymore like I was when we first met), this is the ONLY place in Rochester I plan to go for nail/pedi service.
