The food is usually very here. The service is good but occasionally you will get an errant server who just doesn't care unfortunately. Always crowded during dinner service. Go early or late.
Fave place just closes to early!! I always want a late night snack just wish they were open later!!!
The sushi was not fresh and the waitress was very rude when we told her. They didn't want to take it back and asked us not to return. Trust me, we'll never b back and I suggest everyone to stay away from this place!!!
Took a client to Blue Ribbon Sushi yesterday and she is still raving about it. Sushi and sashimi plates were a piece of art. Truly delicious, the tuna melted in your mouth. The sea urchin and the eel were the freshest! This is the sort of place one returns to again and again. Service is great as well. Highly recommend it.

It was terrible. It took 3 hours for them to deliver two meals. And when the food got here there was a human hair in the food. I was forced to give it one star but it really should be one tenth of a star.
I have been a customer at Zeytuna since I moved to the neighborhood 7 years ago. I want to complain about the extremely poor customer service that Zeytuna offers. The refrigerated products (e.g eggs and pasta) are usually "sweaty" and I never buy seafood or fish due to the smell. I usually have not posted in the past, but I have been sold expiredfood on several occasions which I just tossed, because I don't want waste my time. A few times that I went to exchange products they behaved like they were doing a special favor. This time the level of poor service has simply crossed my line of tolerance. Today 9/24/14 I bought ingredients to make lasagna and when I got back home the ground sirloin and cheeses were missing. Thus, I thought that they simply did not give me the bag that contained these ingredients. When I returned I was told that the bag was not there and the manager said he was going to check the camera. After making me wait for a very long time he said that according to the camera they gave me the bags, so they were not at fault. I told him if that was so, what would be the point of me going back to the store and wasting my time. I also said that at the same time they were making adelivery and maybe he can check if they delivered one of the bags by mistake. He said that the store is not at fault. In any case the solution was no solution and they did nothing. Any decent store would have replaced the products or reimbursed the money, specially since I am long-term customer. I will stay away from this store.
