I took my mother there as a surprise for the upcoming Mother's Day weekend. We went there to get lip fillers from Anna. We had high expectations based on the reviews from this site. We've been harassed, degraded, condescended, threatened, humiliated, & treated no better than scum by the employees there. We felt as if Anna treated us very condescendingly. She was very rude, cocky and inappropriate. Hoping that a photo would help Anna understand us better, I later on tried to show Anna a photo of lips that we wanted to achieve IN GENERAL (not to exactly replicate), but Anna PUSHED aside my hand & got upset. She at one point touched my mother's thigh while speaking. I witnessed Anna pushing my mother's face & chest a few times in order to get her to sit back. We tried to communicate again with Anna in a professional manner but Anna got frustrated & just left the room without explaining why! This isn't about differing personalities- as a Professional, it is about treating your customers with respect, dignity & common courtesy.We tried to explain to Audrey and instead of trying to apologize and/or converse in a private area away from everyone, Audrey started raising her voice & eventually told us to LEAVE! She accused us of "screaming" at HER, when we weren't and this wasn't about her in the 1st place! We came to her for ASSISTANCE but she didn't seem to have listened to the main issue at hand & just seemed to have lost it due to raised voices!Audrey obviously cannot differentiate between a loud, raised upset voice & "screaming." She ended up calling my MOTHER a "PSYCHOPATH" in front of everyone. I confronted Audrey about the vulgar name calling among other things & she quickly lost it and literally started SCREAMING at us, what seemed to be at the top of her lungs! Taylor or Audrey also said that the lip fillers would not have looked good on us anyway. How can an employee say that?Audrey kept on aggressively gesturing & screaming at my mother & me like a psychotic individual. She clenched her fists by her side, eyeballs darting around like a mad woman, & at one point I felt physically threatened. Even the other employees became frantic to calm her down. Screaming at customers to just leave because of a raised voice or alleged "screaming" isn't what legitimate managers would do. Anna & Taylor also got up in our faces & SCREAMED at us to leave. Anna at one point kept asking me in a loud voice a few times if I was married & my mother & I thought we heard something along the lines of how I should not! Another employee there seemed to be video recording us on her phone without our consent.Not surprisingly, Audrey has been harassing us further by sending us threatening messages to our PERSONAL emails. She is making false allegations that I wrote this negative review about their business on a site when it wasn't me who wrote it! She threatened that if I do not remove it, she will sue me. There is no proof that I actually wrote such review. Someone (I think I know who) has also been continually calling me with a "no caller ID" for 2 nights now- one at 10:56 PM that night and the other at 7:42 PM on Monday. Do you really want to risk going to a place that threatens you with a lawsuit among other things just because of a negative review? My mother & I have been suffering extensive emotional & psychological distress thanks to the employees at BeautyFix. I would just like to think of this experience as my mother & me having had the misfortune of being bit by those crazy, rabid dogs that day. She was not in the best physical health that day to begin with but now her condition has worsened because of them. She cried nonstop on her way home in a taxi. She still has difficulty eating & sleeping due to the emotional and psychological distress inflicted by those employees. Don't spend your hard-earned money on a place like this. There are so many other med spas in NYC that will treat you with the utmost respect& kindness you deserve.

Who doesn’t love Lush products?! They’re literally every beauty guru’s dream. Personally, I like the floral scents, but some of my friends like those sweet smells best. There’s really something there for everyone. I just wonder how hygienic it is, to have soap out in the open, with everyone touching it, putting it up to their noses, then putting it back?
