This is the most unprofessional and unorganized pick up station, I didn’t ask for my package to go there! Unfortunately it did and the guy Juan Cursed me out told me I have a lot of nerve because I waited to find a letter that came in a pile of unorganized mail. It was a very scary experience I was very nervous the letter was missing! He got very hostile and threatened me that he will not receive any more of my packages as if I wanted them to go there! It was absolutely unbelievable!!! Very scary experience!!!
It’s been since March still haven’t received my check try to check the status and he gave me the wrong amount so I can’t get the status a total theift I call and call and all I get is run around avoid this location they rob people for a living!
We used Broadway Tax Professionals for our 2016 return after previously having done our return using online tools. Overall, I was not impressed with their service during the preparation time. I had absolutely no contact with the accountant and only spoke with various interns who were clearly under intense time pressure and working to complete the return as quickly as possible. The results were no savings in what we owed compared to previous years. But much worse- several months later we were informed by the IRS that there was an error in our return and too much was requested for child care deduction. This was something I had discussed as an issue with one of the interns and clearly was a blatant mistake that I would not expect from a professional doing my taxes. I scanned and forwarded the notice to the firm over email twice as well as called and was completely ignored. I received no guidance confirming that they had indeed made an error and whether I should pay the suggested payment and penalty from the IRS. Ultimately, I had to just pay without hearing any word from them. This is not the type of service I would expect and I would certainly be wary of using this firm. Errors should be avoidable but can happen but not responding when an error does occur is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
George is fast to respond and complete any work. All of my projects have been on a rush basis and he meets the deadlines every time. He does an excellent job and provides a wide range of financial services. I have used him for multiple projects over the last 2 years and reach out to him first for any work needed for our companies. Very reasonable rates for the level of experience and expertise. Highly recommended!

I operate a mechanics shop with several employees and have been in business on my own for quite a while and always suspected I didn't have sufficient write-offs. George Dimov was extremely helpful with this and found where I was overpaying on taxes and helped me correct my returns. I've been using him ever since. The tricky part about my return that other CPAs did not understand had to do with depreciating some of my company equipment and vehicles. These deductions were massive and helped my situation tremendously. George also completes my quarterly estimated taxes and once helped me with an income projection that was requested by my lendor. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

Clearly this man does not know how to communicate the language. But I shouldn't have to pay for that. After all I had to end up calling ups to schedule a pickup because he refused to give me my package. it is very concerning how this man has the ability to refuse services and not abide by contract rules and regulations. PLEASE UPS AND ANYONE READING BEWARE. I hope and advice anyone to not please affiliate with this establishment.

When I asked other office they said would be around $100, I tried to ask them what they did for my return why they charged so much , and the manager is so rude and she did not explain to me what they did .
