Netties Neat and Tidy

This place stinks if I had my choice I'd give it no stars! Came to my house twice scratched my microwave on one visit an broke a baking dish on the other! I had extra time left for cleaning and I don't even want it! Requested a refund for cleaning an damaged items and am just getting the run around!!!!!!! DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

At first the owner seems like a great guy, a small business owner just trying to make ends meet. After that, the ownern does not answer his phone, and the cleaners show up late. They don't clean very well unless you're watching like a hawk. This is a scam. The entire business model is built on 1st time Groupon customers, they are terrible so they know they won't get repeat business. Also, they only send one cleaner at a time. Trust me, spend the extra money on a reputable company like Merry Maids or something!!!!!!!

Scheduling nightmare! No shows. Not returning phone calls. Got a terrible clean. Spent three hours "cleaning" an already clean bathroom and did nothing else on my list. I was extremely disappointed when I got home.

Scheduling the cleaning was a chore. It took them nearly a week to return our phone calls, and he was very rude on the phone. The cleaner who came did a fine job and within four hours was able to get most of our house done (but not all). I think there are better places to use for house cleaning - and I wouldn't use them again.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! Don't buy any vouchers for this service! They are COMPLETELY unreliable and shady. I bought 2 vouchers (at the same time) - BOTH times they no call-no showed! The first time they eventually showed up HOURS later and the other time (even after I confirmed the appointment a few days prior) they never ended up coming. BEWARE!

This was by far the WORST cleaning service ever!!! They had 2 hours to clean and they only cleaned 2 bathrooms and that is all and the bathrooms were not that dirty and they didn't even clean the sinks out. They did not use state of the art cleaning supplies they used comet and a whole lot in only the bathrooms. This was absolutely awful and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Worst job ever. I had them come out to clean my windows and they were filthy when they left. They didn't clean the screens and they didn't touch the window sills. There was even a dead fly in one of the window sills. The first day they came out they left the house in a mess, furniture was rearranged and the curtains were all bunched up. They broke the track to the window in our sun room and now we can't open that window. Sent him a text and an e-mail telling him how unhappy I was and he never even took the time to respond. Would never recommend this business to anyone.
