I read reviews before I used company . I asked owner about them . He explained that they have had over 1000 customers with some bad feedback . I gave them a shot and it was fantastic . I locked into there lock n rate and very happy to have them as a company .

I had heard reviews about this company. I have used them for 3 years. They work with you and bend over backwards. To keep us happy. Terrific Company

Thanks to all of you who wrote reviews - I did not go through with the contract. I also purchased a groupon. I didn't have trouble scheduling. The girl who came out was excellent. But she did not finish. I asked if she could come the next day to do a basement clean out, and scheduled it. Instead, she cleaned 2 bathrooms in 4 hours. So, essentially, I paid the same price as my other cleaners. The owner did offer for her to come back, but she had already been in our house for 8 hours in 2 days and we were very busy.



The owner offered me a great deal - pre pay for 6 months and the cost is 20 per hour. this is half of what I pay now. But he called me so often, 2 or 3 times in a row while I was working several times a day. It was strange so I looked up reviews and found all of yours. We decided not to go with this company. I think you all saved me some grief!

Don't waste your time or money. I had them clean an empty rental property I own. The floors were dirty (not even swept up), they left the tub backed up full of water (I assume from mop water), toilet was brown, cabinets dirty, baseboards not wiped down, I could go on and on.



The owner is hard to get ahold of and since I told him of my problems he won't return my calls.

Ugh, I totally got taken. I bought the Nettie's Groupon, and while scheduling was a total pain (had to call & email several times), I was actually very happy with my intial cleaning. She was professional, prompt, and did a great job. The wackjob owner talked me into buying a pre-paid package for more cleanings. It sounded like a great deal (because I hadn't read all these reviews!!).

Scheduling the next cleaning was even more of a hassle than the last time, and of course they were a no-show. When I called to complain, it really was kind of remarkable to hear him try to come up with excuses, explanations, etc. He's quite the smooth scam operator!

It's unfortunate that the great worker we had to our house is associated with such a terrible scam.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. We are filing a complaint with the BBB also.
