To whom it may concern: Today I took my 90 yr old aunt to open a new checking account, and to have her social security check begin direct deposit, along with her retirement check. The woman who helped us was young and kind but not very helpful when we began talking about the direct depost. I brought the papers given to me by social security and the Los Angeles City employees system retirement , but she said she had her own paper. Eventually she did check out my form but I had to continue to re-check my forms to see if she filled out the areas that ask for the financial institution to complete. Well, of course when I got home to go over again the paper work, there were areas that needed the to be completed by the bank which were not done. I happen to live about 75 miles away from her and with the price of gas I could have used a little more patience and consideration from the banker. I will see if I can have a Wells Fargo close to me make whatever changes hopfully without going back to my aunts resthome to complete this transaction.
For A Billion Dollar Company, They Can Afford Much Better Service! Back on Wednesday, August 4, 2016 at approximately 5:30 p.m., I went inside of the Chase Branch located at: 3183 Wilshire Boulevard Suite #199, Los Angeles, California 90005 (213) 249-9862 to make a deposit. Sadly, that Never Happened because the line was like a zoo with so many animals. It was so crowded that I would have had to wait for almost one full hour to get served. There is simply No Excuse For It, whatsoever! They Can Afford To Hire More Tellers to take care of the What I Call It, "Customer Population". I did complain about it and of course, Nothing Was Done about it! In my pictures, amongst all of the others that have been taken by various customers, please find examples of exactly what kind of Service They Operate. I am more than sure that Chase Bank can do much better than that! I was so angry because of the line up and horrible service that I just left the bank and we will leave it like that.
I remember opening my first bank account in this branch over 24 years ago. I am not surprised they are still in the same location. The employees have changed over the years but their service gets better and better. Their location is in the busy and crowded residential and business areas but they have their own parking and attendant as well. We've consulted with their investment as regular banking professionals. They've all been very good in what they do. Although the wait time might sometime take long depending on the time and day of your arrival, they always check on you and make you feel a valuable customer.
Cleaning California Carpets is the best carpet cleaning I have worked with. Their work is professional, and they are by far the cheapest carpet cleaning in comparison to other companies. I worked with other companies in the past who managed to do a decent job, however their service sucked. But Cleaning California Carpets provided great service, professional work, and most importantly they were low in price. Thank you very much Cleaning California Carpets!!!
Eh, have had a free checking here for 15 years. Never really been happy with ub but stayed with them. Had problems and misinformation from customer service reps. It's on the mail road in Atwater Village, so location is good.
The location is convenient, but the staff isn't as personable as some of the other banks in the area. It just got re modelled, but just seems like a waste of money, it went more automated, while Citibank went more personal.
Organized and friendly staff. Not a pain at all to open an account. ATM area is always clean and secure. Large parking lot. This location has about 7 to 8 ATM machines so you never have to wait in line.
Parking here is a nightmare, but it is Los Feliz Village, so that's no surprise. The staff are helpful and friendly, although wait times can get a little high at times.
They are a great built up team of bankers very professional, and benevolent people. If ever needed to speak with manager she is the best!
I use this bank to cash my boss' checks. Big parking lot, big bank and slow service. They charge a fee to cash a check from B of A.
