Sybe is a very good very professional medical billing and credentialing company. They never mess things up. Never have excuses for getting things wrong. Straight forward and legitimate. Best prices and fastest service around.
Out of the ten doctors who give Sybe their business in our office all ten say the same thing. Sybe is the deal you will find for credentialing anywhere. They can’t be beat price wise and they are very very efficient. I would recommend to anyone who needs creditialing help.
Sybe is an amazing company. They go so far above and beyond the most basic services it's hard to fathom how they can be so affordable! They have credentialed 20 insurance companies for me. Some took 1- 2 months, others take literally 8 months! This is at no fault of Sybe. The insurance companies are slow. They have no motivation to work fast for good for that matter. Insurance companies lose items and will lie about ever getting items from you. I know this 1st hand. I've completed plenty of credentialing for myself. It's really a pain! Bottom line is if you need someone to complete and follow up on your credentialing Sybe is the most affordable and efficient. The cut and paste fake negative comments I have seen are all bogus. These guys are the real deal. Sad how the pathetic competition cheats like that.
If only ZERO stars were a possible rating....DECEPTIVE Business Practices!!!! They will take your money and LIE about filing your credentialing! BEWARE you have been warned! Their website may strike you as professional and you may believe that you will be able to check the status of your applications, this is A LIE! Trust their poor ratings!!! My boss contracting with this company to complete her insurance credentialing and after three and half months. They failed to file any of her applications! After waiting three and a half months with little to no communication or returned emails or phone calls, the company lied and told me that they had filed her applications. Upon filing them herself, the insurance told her that no applications had been filed on her behalf. The company's entire staff has used every excuse in the book to get us off the phone including but not limited to she's unavailable, I'll take a message, she's in the bathroom, and the list goes on and on! Don't trust them with your personal information or professional dealings, this company is a SHAM and engaging in deceptive business practices! Don't retain them! You will regret it like We have!
Our office has been using Sybe for many years and they never miss a beat! Our dilling is buttoned up tight as a drum! NEVER EVER an issue and they always go the extra mile! Our credentialing is now turnkey. We don't even think about it. Sybe just does it and we collect. Couldn't be easier. We have used many companies in the past. All cost an arm and a leg. Sybe is a fair and hard working company! Couldn't recommend them more!
Sybe is the most profesional medical billing company I have ever worked with. Over the years I have had a few different billing companies and Sybe has been the best by a long shot. Always on time. Always on contact with me on any issues. Always responsive. Very profesional and reliable. Sybe also has completed all my insurance credentialing. I am approved with about 100 insurance companies, Sybe has handled everythong for me! No issues. No mess ups. Insurance companies take forever to get back to us....months....Sybe handles I all. I don’t even think about it.
I direct a small non-profit with a counseling center, and contracted SYBE to do the billing. This was a HUGE mistake that I would love to save anyone else from making. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. My assigned billing representative, firstname.lastname@example.org, hardly ever returned my calls and e-mails. That was unprofessional and annoying, but worse than that, he is also most unethical.1. I had never dealt with insurance billing before and didn't know every client needed to have a diagnostic code turned into the insurance company. Rather than take the time to ask me for each client's diagnoses, Mr. Rodriguez just manufactured a diagnosis and submitted it on his own for over two dozen clients. 2. Mr. Rodriguez changed my EOB's to electronic format, without my permission, so I no longer received copies. The result of this was to create havoc with my accounting system, because I received payments, and had no idea whose account to post those to. I asked for six months for these, and never received them. 3. There are also over 20 clients for whom I sent SYBE the billing information was was never paid. Now that I am no longer in association with SYBE and have learned to do the billing myself, it appears these were never even filed as claims. I sent multiple e-mails and called repeatedly but by the time I realized he never filed them the period to file the claim had expired. Again, this is a nonprofit that works with vulnerable children so every dollar that was lost was helping further a great cause. =(4. SYBE was contracted to do my insurance billing, not to handle client copays, but sent collection letters to multiple clients regardless. I contact them in writing multiple times requesting they cease trying to collect money in this fashion but they continued, even months after I ended my contract!5. Lastly, I contacted supervisor Natacia Dean regarding all of these issues, e-mailing her and calling her over nine times, but she did not resolve them either.
