Little Rock, AR Pizza

I remember when Larry himself used to work in the store he started in Southwest Little Rock on Chicot Road. He made sure that customers were taken care of and had hot pizza. After my experience last week at the Atwood location, I recommend that he visit this location. The young servers are just standing around and they are busy making take out orders and the pizza on the buffet is hot. You never know who is going to walk through your door. As a franchise owner, I would highly recommend Larry follow Sam Walton's lead and go out and visit his franchises to save his brand so that this younger nonchalant generation is not running his brand down. I would not recommend this Larry's as a choice on Friday nights. Hopefully its better during the other listed times.

Staff just wants to talk with each other and hang out. Pizza is always cold, late, and ALWAYS given to you as a wrong order. Customer service sucks. Just absolute crap. Don't come here for pizza. Anywhere except here. Staying up and eating a baked pizza you got from Walmart is even better than here lol. How are they still in business? Need to be shut down ASAP!

Health Dept. has been notified! I was extremely embarrassed after taking friends from overseas to eat lunch yesterday between 1-3 after we had already eaten and the girl cleaning the table behind ours uses the same broom that she had just used to sweep the nasty floor, used it to sweep the booth and then swept the TABLE! We kept waiting thinking surely she is going to use a Clorox rag to wipe down the table after using that broom from the floor on the table but NO! She placed silverware, napkins and plates to serve the next group!

The music and games were nice. Save yourself some money and eat before coming. Frozen pizza out the grocery store is much better than what they serve here.

There is a serious deficiency in policy on whether or not this location delivers to certain locations in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. It is my belief that they change their delivery location due to either convenience on their part or lack of desire to deliver to certain areas at specific times. I have had deliveries from this particular store location on two or three occasions, both having excellent timing and service. The management or driver specification may be an issue in the descriminant policies they act out. I will not order from this store again, as myself and my 5-year-old were banking on pizza delivery. Very disappointing. Domino's is a joke. Period

If you live in a residential area where children are often outside playing I would avoid using the Pizza hut in East End, AR due to the fact that the delivery drivers speed and drive reckless through these neighborhoods. And management has been made aware of the problem but refuses to do anything about it.

This place sucks no good customer service they hung up in my face in the middle of an order. Could even take the order correctly....

There food is awsome even though their wait time is horrible. They should really work on that. Customer friendly place.

DO NOT BOOK A PARTY AT PLAYTIME PIZZA!We booked my son's 11th birthday party here and when I called to book the date I asked what was included. I called back the day before the party to again confirm the time and what would be included.We arrived 20 minutes before the party time and waited 30 minutes past when the party began to be taken to our party room! After waiting 30 minutes we were informed they did not have a party room for us!Also we purchased the Lazer Tag frenzy package that would have allowed the kids in our party to play one game alone in that area, plus 2 other games. We never got to play lazer tag (which was the party theme)! The party was from 5-7. We we got to the Lazer Tag desk (after waiting for our party room) about 5:40 we were told that they would only be able to play one game and it would be at 8:45!!!! I tried talking to the manager that night, but all they could offer was more time for the kids to play games! The go carts were not working!TOTAL DISASTER AND IT COST A FORTUNE!

This pizza hut move too slow ! I called my order in and still had to wait 30 minutes to get it !
