During my first visit to this location on my way to Hot Springs for the weekend, we immediately walked into a dirty restaurant with a 4 person line. The employee at counter appeared to be of Indian descent (nothing against Indian people, but I’m trying describe the person just in case upper mgmt see this review) and was rudely taking an order. He was telling a customer his chicken tender order would take 7 mins and another customer further in line stayed they planned to order the same thing, so cook more. That’s when the employee (appeared to be manager) told everyone in line to shut up). The customer who was ordering said they just trying to tell you to go ahead and cook more so the wait time is reduced. The employee became irate at customers, so people walked out without ordering because of this rudeness of the employee. I recommend finding another locate because this store treats its customer rudely and disrespectful. Plus it’s nasty on the inside.

This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. The franchise owner really should be ashamed. They never have enough workers and half of the stalls are usually taped off.
I came around to get something through the drive-through but there lights were off on the menu board so I assumed that they were closing and to be kind I didn't want to bother them so I parked and made a phone call because I'm a 24 hour locksmith. In the middle of me conducting a business call, a woman came outside who drives a red truck a Ford I believe, and tells me that if I'm not a customer then I need to leave and she is literally talking over me and my customer hangs up and my company lost the job. It was so insanely rude I couldn't believe it. Here I am trying to be kind because I've worked in the service industry for 15 years and her excuse to her friend was I don't like people parking next to my truck which was weird because I didn't park next to her truck. I love McDonald's but those employees are the worst ever. I really hope she is in a manager and if she is she needs a few classes on how to interact with customers. McDonald's send that crazy lady to a seminar or something. This is the first complaint I've ever had to do in my life, I am so kind that I won't even point out to waitresses when they bring me the wrong food. I'll just eat it. I tip drive-through ladies and men. Not many people do That and they should. I will definitely never go back to that place and if I do it will be to screw with that woman
Always way too slow, 80% time rude af and literally has never gotten my order right once. Staff is very unprofessional and appears lazy from the outside. Also instead of putting signs in the drive way that isnt working they tell ppl to just back up and get in the other line even tho the speaker is obviously working. Won't tell you they are out of something until you already paid for it and are about to pick your order up in drive thru. I mean I could keep going.
I ordered a taco salad from this location on 10/5/17 around 11:00 am. The chili was rancid, to say the least. I’m glad I tasted it before I ruined my taco salad by putting it on there. I called and talked to the manager about 2:00 pm. I explained that the chili was no good, and he told me that they made both batches fresh that morning. He said I could come back and get another chili. Hell no, I’m not going to go back to that location ever again! What a way to (not) do business!
Very good and I like the taste. But lines too long
I've always had an excellent experience at this Chic Fil A until today. I dealt with a "Team Lead" before I was "assisted" by Aaron. Aaron argued with me in front of a store full of people about my order, an order they clearly got wrong. Aaron then continued to tell me I was wrong and that there was nothing he can do to fix it. I ordered 12 individually wrapped warm cookies(which costs more and I was fine with), he gives me two 6 packs of stale cookies. He then takes those same cookies, wraps them, and hands them back to me after they were reheated. By far the worst customer service I've ever had and to have a "manager" argue with me and tell me I'm lying was hysterical. Can't believe their service has gotten this bad. Definitely will go to the Chik Fil A on the other side of town now and make sure it's not the same owner and operator.

The cheeseburgers use to be so good and full of taste. Now they have no cheeseburger flavor. The Big Mac needs more sauce on it.
Real good for price. Has a delicious flavor and price. My daughter Latresa loved the food and price.
