Oct 12, 2013 Late afternoon Lady Lake FL Nice store, has some nice sales associates. The general manager, Mark Rzemieniewski, whole different story. Customer service should be reclassified as : CUSTOMER LACK OF SERVICE ! Returning a manufacturers defect Toshiba Smart DVD player, what should have been a cut & dry refund, Mark choose to escalate and antagonize me ! He is a rude, condescending, arrogant lowlife. His lack of doing what was right & correct then & there, will be cause for me to REPORT him to Best Buy Corporate. I am an Elite Plus member who has made significant purchases at this store in 2013. His misguided mentality is the beginning of a battle he will most certainly loose ! If Best Buy Corporate does not resolve this RETURN ISSUE to my satisfaction, Mark will have more on his plate than he has bargained for. Bad store reviews, word of mouth ridicule and lost customers ! I don't need Best Buy, Best Buy needs me & other customers. Bad business means NO BUSINESS !
