Maria Krueger, dental hygienists, did an excellent job...as good a cleaning as I've ever had. New receptionist; very sweet and friendly. The visit with tbe dentist was very brief. I would definitely return because of the excellent job of cleaning.

The receptionist is very rude, both on the phone and in person.



The hygienist will condescendingly lecture you on your tooth care the entire time she has her fingers stuck in your mouth.



Dr. Heck will rush in and make an appearance for all of three minutes. They will push Xrays and procedures on you even if you don't need them in order to get more money out of your insurance company.



Despite the other review here, if you have children, you had better watch them very closely. We found on several occasions that they will attempt to perform procedures on your kids without consulting you first. "Excuse me, what are you doing?" we would have to ask, when they should be communicating to us before they even begin setting up a procedure.



Also, it is true that they will not allow you to reschedule, but they have called us on three different occasions on the day of an appointment to tell us that they are rescheduling. No choice. Hypocrisy.

Dr. Heck is exceptional. He is pleasant and great with the kids. Not scary at all and my son had a tooth out and he was very happy. He is very relaxed about coming back. Finally a dentist that doesn't scare my kids and takes my insurance.



* note-- you can not cancle appointments with this dentist. He has a tight schedule and if he has to turn away someone else and you cancel he will drop you. You must reschedule at least 36 hours in advance or you will loose your privilage to go. I think it is a fair deal.
