These guys are extremely professional & pricing is very low cost compared to other vets I have been to. They were attentive, patient, and extremely friendly with both my boyfriend and me as well as our two dogs Yuri and Jazz. The vet was very knowledgeable & even went the extra mile in regards to Yuri's followup for heartworm treatment. They were thorough and made sure we not only understood but had no questions in regards to our babies' visit and overall health. I would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Suber and the entire staff at VCA are amazing! My dog had ongoing medical issues and Dr. Suber never gave up on him. Suber is not only kind and caring but there is a reason he is referral only. He will work hard (researching and communicating with other doctors to get their insight)to give your pet the BEST care. VCA is worth every penny. Not only is Suber unbelievable but he hires amazing people. I have never been more impressed with an organization. EVERY person at VCA was warm, kind and understanding . VCA understands how scary it can be to have an animal there. They take care of not only the animal but the owner. I don’t write reviews or gush but I can’t say enough good things about this organization.
My goat was attacked by a dog and we called this place and they said they would look at my goat (Daisey). Once we arrived they refused to look at Daisey even though she had awful gashes on her neck and face. I was begging the front desk to get a vet to help and she told me they could euthanize it. Zero stars if I could please never come here.
VCA and Dr Suber has been an absolute Godsend to our family. Our dog, Eli, has had two surgeries for CCL tears, and treatments for a shoulder injury. Every experience I've ever had with them has been wonderful. Dr Suber is patient, and answers every question so that I always feel more informed and at ease by the time I leave. I'd never trust my dog's ortho needs with any other doctor.
Dr. Vebrick is a consummate knowledgeable professional in the care of our fur babies. What matters most is that she will give you her honest unvarnished professional opinion as to treatment which we appreciate. She clearly stated alternative treatments for our cat's condition and the pros and cons of each and encourages us to research on net to enhance our level of knowledge for making a good decision. She does have the best interest of the cats at heart and only ordered procedures that were clearly necessary. I have preferred cat exclusive Vets for more than 20 years as they focus on felines uniquely. She is warm and caring if you are patient and willing to get to know her.
This is the worst vet I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He was rude, rushed me through the appointment standing half way out the door as I was asking a few questions, and didn't even bother to answer them. The worst however, was being overcharged for the services. I was quoted a promotional price for being a new customer and then was charged four times as much. In addition, I specifically stated I only wanted one test done, and he ran and charged for a second test. When I tried to get him to return the overages, he just wanted to argue with me. He was rude, unprofessional and just not a nice person. He finally did tell me to bring my card back and he would give me the refund. However, upon arrival he only wanted to argue some more and then told me to leave his establishment while he still had my credit card, and he still never gave me a receipt to show how much he overcharged me! I have no idea how this guy is still in business. After further research, I found that this guy has many bad reviews with similar complaints. Lessoned learned! I regret having ever given Michael Sauers a chance and I would NEVER recommend.
Seven Oaks Animal Hospital is top notch! From the most friendly staff to their amazing doctors i would recommend this hospital to any to anyone who cares about their pet.
Love love love Dr Weber and her staff. She won't gouge your pocket with unnecessary test and try to sell you things you do not need. Very refreshing!
it is the best hospital that we have found, All the staff and the doctors are the very best that there is. We highly recommend them to all pet owners . We thank all of the staff and doctors for taking care of one of our babies.
Dr. Draper’s neuro consult was to include him doing a thorough exam, explaining his findings, & discussing treatment options for $190.00. Instead, an intern spent 5-10 minutes with me & my dog. A surgeon checked him & said they felt it was cancer & I’d likely pay $95 since they only looked at him & he wasn't a neuro case. Minutes later she said I had to pay the $190 but "good news - if it's operable I can do the surgery & won't charge a consult." Dr. Draper never even saw or spoke with me. Two days later, I sadly had to put my baby to sleep from inoperable cancer. Seeing VCA’s surgeon was totally unnecessary. I was told VCA’s director, April, would call me 2 weeks ago to discuss the “neuro” consult issue. She’s never called. I called April this morning & couldn’t reach her. I paid $190 for a neuro consult with Dr. Draper that we didn't get, I was shuffled to a surgeon to justify charging me $190 & their director doesn't care once payment clears. VCA isn't a place to take your baby.
