Food is good but not the best Italian food in town. Drinks from the bar are good but overpriced.

There too busy and can’t handle it . They need to open more restaurants in Lexington,s.c.
My shrimp scampi was so watered down and the three choice entree which we got two sides calamari and the last one stuffed mushrooms. The waitress was awesome. But the calamari was no where near done. Left with my food after it arrived, so I would not upset the others eating. Called the nest day talked to the day manager named Matt he said and he would take care of me. We sat at table 100 and jasmine was my waitress this was olive garden 1231 off of harbison. Note to all Matt did not do anything to help us.
We visited this cozy little Italian restaurant when my daughter graduated from basic training at Fort Jackson. We had no idea where to eat and were trying desperately to ind a really really good restaurant. This place BY FAR was the best meal we had during our entire four day stay!! We absolutely loved the atmosphere, hospitality and, above all, the exquisite menu offered. If I could have given it 1,000,000 stars I most definitely would have. We will be seeing them again during our travels FOR SURE!! Believe me.. It's that good!!!
Food and service were incredible! Visiting from out of town, went out of convenience as restaurant was attached to Doubletree. Very Impressed! The Blackened Tuna was the best I've had! The Salmon was great too (different night)! If I lived here would come often! Prices were reasonable!
Great Italian food. Excellent service.
WE WERE ASKED TO LEAVE BECASE WE HAVE A TWO YEAR OLD THAT WAS BEING A LITTLE VOCAL AND THE MANAGER ASKED LOUD ENOUGH FOR EVERONE THERE TO HEAR AND TO EMBARRASS MY WIFE WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THAT EVER HAPPEN BEFORE IF YOU HAVE A CHILD ISNT THAT WHAT THEY DO AT THAT AGE NO OTHER PLACE WOULD OR EVER DONE THAT
I love olive garden but when we went two nights ago we received the worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes to get greeted by our waitess. When food came finally the whole order was wrong. Just awful
My friend and I ate at this location tonight and was appalled by the customer service we received. First after we were seated we waited at least ten minutes before anyone came by to take our drink order. After waitress number 1 finally took it (along with our food order as we sat long enough to decide) we were then greeted not two seconds by two more waiters asking for our drink orders! After receiving our food (which was very good) our actual waitress came by to see what drinks we had. Once she had, she went back to get us refills and when she came back brought the wrong drinks which we didn't comment on she just walked away without a word. The next time she came back to our table was to drop off the check, and when we asked for it to be separated she glared at us and left the table without the check! Overall there seemed to be a lack of communication. There were also two girls sitting at one table that all of the employees seemed to know. There was never a moment where there were not at least two employees talking and sitting at the table with them. You would think that if they all had time to socialize they would actually have time to take care of their customers!
As predicted.DINER REVIEW • APR 13, 2013We wrote a review regarding this restaurant when they first opened. The food has always been great and when a server named Tanya was working, the service was the best she could provide on her own. When she wasn't there service was mediocre at best. We had a heart to heart with the owner on several occasions and told him, the food was always great, but if he didn't do something soon about the service, the Irmo area would not put up with it long. Good food is never a redemption for Poor and or inconsistent service. The Owner, Tito, seemed to have the attitude that he knew exactly what he was doing and didn't need any help or suggestions from any one. The sad thing is, Tito was never out in the dinning area talking to his customers and had no Idea of the inconsistent service provided by his staff or if he does know, he doesn't care? The tables are never filled with full compliments of condiments, so you may have to rob another table if you want salt or pepper, red pepper flakes or... more »Was this review helpful?
