The husband and wife are rude and nasty.
I took my sister here for her birthday and initially there was just one person working. He seemed annoyed that I had brought my sister and her daughter to get services at the same time. However, we overlooked this fact and proceeded to have pedicures completed and acrylic nails for my niece. He called his wife in to come and help him and she quickly completed my pedicure in less than 30 minutes. I went into the Walmart to get my daughters who were shopping and when I returned I asked about getting a French manicure which is listed as being "$10 and up" on the pricing board. My nails are bare and all I wanted was French polish, however the wife told me it would be an additional $15 to get the polish on my nails. I asked why did the sign say $10 and what was the reason for charging me more? All I wanted was polish. She said that the sign did not say manicure. My sister proceeded to point at where it said this on the sign! The woman immediately became defensive and nasty because I asked her about the reason for the additional charge. The entire conversation digressed and she began calling my sister names and saying that my sister didn't even speak English. She and her husband became even more belligerent and when I asked for the number to contact their franchise headquarters they began to say that I should call and they didn't care if I reported their actions. This was a horrible experience and we left before our nails even dried because the wife began to yell for us to get out. It was like a scene out of the twilight zone for bad service. When I suggested that the sign was misleading the man said the company wasn't wrong, but that I, the customer, was wrong. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced for no apparent reason other than the fact that I asked for them to honor the price they had displayed for polish! I hate to think it was racially motivated but I am suspicious given the fact that they immediately began to berate my sister's English!
WORST NAIL SHOP EVER! They have a high disregard and disdain for [black] people and children. RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had been here a month or two ago and decided to come back. They initiated a new policy whereby children under the age of 10 were not allowed in the establishment at all whatsoever. This came as a shock to me because they said "we can service you but the child has to leave" WHAT KIND OF CRAP!!! So I told them my child was raised properly and is a very well mannered boy....which anyone can visibly detect right away in moments of meeting him. I was asked to leave and I told them NO I will not because I had to call an Uber there (waste of money) and thus had to call an Uber back. Of course the worker said "oh well that's your problem" and then they called the police because I wouldn't make my son and myself stand outside in the heat until the Uber came. THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO EAT UP KARMA!!!! Do not give your money to them!!!!!! Far better, more deserving establishments in town. SHUT THIS NAIL SALON DOWN! They didn't earn the 1 ⭐ I'm forced to give them!
I had a 5:30 pedicure appointment, of which I came early. I wasn't put in the chair until 5:45 & proceeded to soak for another 15 minutes. My services were finished about 20 minutes later.I was charged $40 (Lee Deluxe Spa Pedicure) but I barely had a standard pedicure. I did not have any callous treatment, aloe Vera scrub, or ice cooling gel. I wanted exfoliating, paraffin, spa mask & milk/honey butter blend but I left your salon with a basic nail polish application.I was expecting to have the best services for the money that I spent but, I was VERY disappointed.

I had been going to this salon for about two months and was pleased with the services, however yesterday I went for my nail takeoff and apply pink and white over my natural nails. After waiting for a while I was told a young man would assist me. I should have known something was wrong when he pulled out a metal file and attempted to lift the previous pink and white off my nails. He then placed my hands in acetone to soak and file them every 5 minutes. After an hour he proceeded to use the metal file again and split 3 of nails. Not to mention he wasted acetone on my Brahmin bag!! I still remained polite and he began to apply the pink and white. In all of my years of getting my nails done I have never known anyone to apply the pink first but he did. He attempted to move to my other hand but by then I was upset and asked that he finish my right hand because it did not look correct. While needless to say my gut feeling was right and my hand look horrible, my child could have did a better job. I told him I needed togo and I would pay expecting to pay only for the nail take off, well he charged me 50 dollars for 1 hand of terrible services. I made the manager aware and he offered to fix my nails. I declined, he offered to refund me my money, I again declined. I instead shared with him that I will never return and that young man needs his license revoked. The sad part is the nail tech though he was doing a great job, absolute garbage. Please save your money and do some research, this is not grade A services.

Horrible. Worst pedicure I remember having in 30 years. Also, they charged extra to smooth my feet. When asked what she was talking about she just laughed. My toes look bloodied and raw. Very disappointing.
I love lees nails there the best in town.. this is the only place I go to
