Because of an unexpected major illness, (the treatment leaves me exhausted and I am also a single mother), I needed to find a transportation service to drop my son off at daycare and get to work in a timely manner. After an exhaustive search and few reliable leads, I settled on KidCare transportation. It has been one of the WORST decisions, I have ever made. I spoke with Janeth expressing my anger, disgust and fear after receiving the email. She was VERY defensive and said that the driver had been with her for over a year. She proceeded to say I have been nothing but a problem and that this not going to work out. She said she does not have anyone else and that she cannot do it. I attempt to appeal to her sense as a mother, but she rushes me off the phone and says that needs to talk to the driver. I told her that I was sending her the email I received and that the school will no longer recommend her service because she allows negligent drivers like that to work for her. NEVER once does she apologize the unprofessional, shoddy and unorganized customer service I have received since I started with Kidcare Transportation, Instead, she is rude because she cuts me off, is very defensive about the driver’s behavior without once again offering an apology. In my almost 40 years, I have never had a company that I PAY for say that I am the one with the problem without offering a solution. am no longer accepting her calls because despite my illness, the safety and security of my son comes first and it is clear that Janeth from Kidscare does NOT put kids safety first.In conclusion, Kidscare is an unreliable, unprofessional and unorganized company. It is clear that Janeth does not care about the well being of kids, but ONLY her bottom line. If you care about the safety of your kids, I suggest you do not use this company or you will regret it.
Extremely unprofessional!!! They had no concern for my children being picked up at all! The dispatcher was extremely rude and continuously talked over me. I wish my kids school never had to change company's because we moved... I HATE THEM!!
I wish there was a button for incompetent! My daughters first week at her new school was a total nightmare! On today when my child was picked up i specifically ask the driver what time will my child be home, the driver says 4! So I have someone at my house at 4 because my child is not old enough to be home alone. At 3:20 I get a call saying your child is outside your home and theirs nobody at home, so i call the bus company back and a man by the name of Maurice basically told me it's not my drivers fault you should know what time your child gets out of school. I wouldn't recommend this company yo my worse enemy! Looking for corporate information now! This is completely unacceptable!

Terrible, late, unprofessional, not courteous AT ALL. I hate that my child's school has this company affiliated with them. The only reason I utilize the service is due to my work schedule. They change the schedule and never notify parents, and think nothing of it. This place needs new management and new employees!!!!!! ASAP

Not just did we get a telephone call from Mike in Dispatch inviting us, we got email affirmations of our reservations as well- the day we signed on and the night prior to our trek. we had exceptionally smooth and agreeable rides.The Town Car we drove in was perfect!
