Xcellent- New mgmt probably incurred since previous reviews. These days , department stores lack clientele documentation (to capture & enhance their customer base; A " lost expectation " of the sales specialist representing their brand). The Chicago Chanel boutique mgr., Judy, provided me her business card & the lead cosmetic & fragrance specialist card with an invite to return . Now that's a "wow" customer service tactic!!!
I’ve been to Chanel boutiques all over the world and this store was by far the worst. I asked to see different items and was met with eye rolls and disappearing SA’s. I even carried a Chanel bag into the store. When I decided on a few items it was as if I was being rushed to purchase. I didn’t enjoy the experience. I’ll stick with my SA’s in Vegas and Honolulu.
I am thrilled! I just got the most gorgeous designer fringe dress I have ever seen- and at a fraction if the cost everywhere else. The shipping was fast- they sent the dress out the day I ordered it and I got it here in Richmond, Virginia within two days. (Ordered on Wednesday it got here on Friday) Very happy I found this boutique!
