Was visiting Austin and wanted something different. Best Indian food we've had! I ordered curry and my bf ordered buttered chicken and both were fantastic! The servers were great! Our main waiter said it was their one year anniversary and even treated us to a free desert! Must try this place!
Bombay Bistro is wonderful for dinner - great food AND great service, but the lunch is great, too, and is an exceptional value. I could eat here twice a week! My only complaint is that they don't have kheer (that Indian rice pudding dessert). They do have mango ice cream and some little dess…
I've been there twice and both times the food was very tasty and freshly made. The dosai was fantastic. Much better than any other Indian restaurant I've tried in Austin. This was recommended to me by my Indian friends, and I can see why. Try it for yourself!!

At Taj Palace, the tandoor forms an integral part of the restaurant's decor. Herb And Tomato Sauce * Aloo Baigan * Garden Fresh Eggplant Sauteed wi…
