Universal Taxi Dispatch

I have used Universal Limousine & Private Car several times and have always had a pleasent experience! Sure beats having to drive to the airport in all the traffic. I recentlyrecommended Universal to several of my business partners. I would recommend this company to my own mother. I think they strive to make the clients ride the best possible! Universal I will be calling you next week for another pick up!

I have finally found the Private Car service I have been searching for! I am A corporate business woman and fly out of town 1 to 3 times a week. I have been using Universal for over a year now and have to say I am, as always, completely satisfied with their 'UPSTANDING' service. The Chauffers are always dressed neatly, cars are always clean and the service is 110% professional. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give Universal a 20! Best service I have ever used and will never use another! whatever you folks are doing there at Universal, it's definately working!

I THINK UNIVERSAL LIMOUSINE'S SERVICE IS STUPENDOUS! THEY ARE PROMPT,PROFESSIONAL AND MOST ALL THEIR CARS ARE SMOKE FREE. WAY TO GO UNIVERSAL!

We just used Universal Limousine in St. Charles going to/from O'Hare airport. The car left very much to be desired (definitely on it's last leg - I was amazed it didn't break down on the way home).



But the MAIN ISSUE was when we called the office to make a complaint about another issue we had with them and the man claiming to own the company (Michael) was absolutely beligerant. I've NEVER experienced anything like it. I hadn't even gotten a full sentence out when he started yelling at me for several minutes, never even letting me communicate my complaint then eventually he hung up on me.



I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this service!
