Left Us Stranded and Still Charged Us

This company is a joke. Had a pickup set up with this company at a specific location at a pre-arranged time. They call me to tell me they have another pick-up to do and want me to be 15 minutes early. I accommodate them and the driver never shows up. Call them to see what’s up and the person tells me that the driver is there. Liar Liar. No driver. Spoke to the manager the next day and he threatens me with jail if I don't pay. This guy is an idiot. He says that he has gps tracking and he driver was there. I have gps tracking and it is easy to print off that info and prove that he had a driver there, but he refused to do that. He has now charged my credit card for a driver and car that never showed up. He is a real sharp businessman loose a customer for just over a hundred bucks.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

I am disappointed to see the company try to remove negative complaints to save their reputation. The more appropiate way to same a reputation would be to talk to the customer and rectify the situation! This company neglected to pick up my daughter and her guests for prom on time (an hour late) and then didn't show up to pick them up and get them home! We had to go at 1:30 am (prom ended at 12:00) and get the children ourselves! The company has refused all communication to rectify the situation and kept the $500.00 dollars we paid in full! The address they have listed is a "ghost office" and all the various phone numbers are routed to a cell phone! Unfortunately, it has come to us filing a lawsuit to reclaim the monies. PLEASE avoid this company and all the others on this page! It is the same business.

Not Professional at ALL

I am sorry to see that the rebuttal reviews are missing from this web site. It disappoints me to think that anyone would believe a business over multiple negitive reviews from various consumers. I understand it is in the business's best interest to try to rectify a problem situation in a professional way, but disappointing in trying to remove valid complaints just to avoid the issues. I am trying to honestly alert consumers to the negative aspects of using this company. They are unreliable, uncommunicative and do not try to resolve problems that arise by talking to the customer. In fact, they go out of their way to avoid phone calls tyring to resolve the issues. Be very careful before giving your business, and hard earned money, to this company. Our experience was 100% NEGATIVE! AVOID THIS COMPANY

WE FELT LIKE CELEBRITIES

I ACTUALLY LIVE IN ST. CHARLES AND WANTED A LOCAL COMPANY TO TAKE MY KIDS TO THEIR SENIOR PROM. I HAVE TWINS THAT ARE SENIORS AT ST. CHARLES NORTH AND CALLED SEVERAL LIMO COMPANIES TO GET THE BASICS ON PROM TRANSPORTATION FOR THEM. AFTER ABOUT 20 PHONE CALLS I WAS JUST VERY IMPRESSED WITH UNIVERSAL LIMOUSINE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRLS ARE VERY PERSONABLE, CHRISTINA AND SAMANTHA GAVE ME CORRECT HONEST INFORMATION AND AS A MOTHER MADE ME FEEL EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE PUTTING MY KIDS ACTUALLY 10 ALL TOGETHER INTO THEIR CAR. ASIDE FROM THEIR RATES BEING PRETTY GOOD, THEY ARE ALL AROUND PROFESSIONAL AND ON POINT. NO RUN AROUND OR HASSLES. THE NIGHT OF PROM OUR STRETCH LIMO ARRIVED 10 MINUTES EARLY, THE DRIVER WAS GREAT AND THE CAR WAS SOMETHING OUT OF A MOVIE JUST WITHOUT THE RED CARPET. ALL OF THE KIDS WERE IMPRESSED AND IT WAS THE NIGHT OF THEIR LIFE. THE DRIVER ALSO PICKED THEM UP FROM PROM AND RETURNED THEM PROMPTLY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS OR DELAYS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WAS THE WHOLE COMPANY. I AM A ST, CHARLES BUSINESS OWNER AND ALWAYS PROMOTE LOCAL BUSINESS AND SUPPORT IT, IF THEY DESERVE IT. A GROUP OF US BOOKED THIS LIMO SERVICE A MONTH BEFORE ARE CONCERT DATE. WE HAD BOOKED A ROUND TRIP. THE GENTLEMEN (ERNIE) WAS ON TIME! WE WENT TO SOLDERS FIELD FOR KENNY CHESNEY. I THOUGHT IT WAS ODD THAT HE HAD ASKED US HOW TO GET INTO SOLDERS FIELD IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE SHOULD HAD DONE HIS HOME WORK BEFORE PICKING US UP. ANYWAY, HE GOT US IN THERE NO PROBLEM. HE STATED HE WOULD RETURN AT 11:30 P.M. NEVER SHOWED. WE WHERE TRANDED IN THE CITY OF CHICAGO. WE KEEP CALLING THE LIMO SERVICE THEY KEEP GIVING US THE RUN AROUND. THEN THEY SAID HE WAS STUCK IN TRAFFIC WE NEEDED TO WALK TO COLUMBIA ST, WE THOUGHT THAT WAS KINDA OF ODD BUT WE SAID OK SO WE DID. STILL NO SHOW. AFTER 2 1/2 HOURS OF THE RUN AROUND WE LUCKILY GOT ANOTHER LIMO THAT WAS TURNING THE CORNER TO TAKE US HOME. SO WE ENDED UP AT HOME 2.30 PM. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LIMO SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!! ALSO WE HAD ARTICLES IN THE TRUNK THAT WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE.

EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been living in St. Charles for most of my life and travel each week for business..... I have always had to settle for the low standard of companies offered in the St. Charles area. Until I was referred by an associate to try Universal Limousine. What a Difference. I have been a loyal customer to this company for 2 years now and there customer support, professional drivers and great all around service and rates is this areas Best Kept Secret. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cinderella almost missed the Ball

The Limousine was schedule 4 weeks in advance to pick up 12 customers at 5:30 pm and deliver them safely to their Prom which began at 6:00 pm. When 6:00 pm roled around with no Limo in site we began calling the service. With each call we were given the response of it will be there in 10 minutes and several calls went to voice mail. At 6:50 pm the Limo finally arrived. Many attempts over several weeks were made to receive some sort of compensation with little or no response from the company.

Our suggestions would be to show more respect to the customer ( these kids worked hard to save enough money for that night). Be prepared to provide equitable compensation for the errors that are made.
