        I was having difficulty with the passport pictures I had taken from other passport picture places for the Visas needed for Brazil. Brazil was extremely specific. The manager and his staff pulled up the Brazilian picture instructions from the website, cropped the pictures to fit, and uploaded the pic onto my Visa application. That's a very simplified version of what they did. It was not that simple. The Visa required that a separate signature be uploaded. But the scanned signature kept getting rejected. So the manager took a picture of my signature and then uploaded it. He did this for 3 family member applications until everything was submitted, accepted, and application acceptance receipts were printed. We did not finish until after store closing. He even opened the door for someone who came up after he had closed up to help them. He went above and beyond to finish what had been an extremely frustrating process me. THANK YOU
