The daughter of Mr.Garcia is the manager and is very rude to customers. She admits that another female worker sometimes makes booking errors but when you ask her to verify payments and dates she accuses customers of being angry, she is loud, argumentative and unprofessional. She seems to enjoy the fact her parents are the owners and her sibling is their attorney. She told me the owner would call but she would not give me information to make a complaint on how she fails to know the difference between a monolog and a dialog with a customer. If you have storage or business there get it out and spend your money elsewhere as this child does not conduct business in the professional manner her mother did.
