Deck Tech

Deck Tech built a deck on our new construction home 2 years ago. Since then we have had nothing but problems and Mario at Deck Tech refused to fix it and eventually refused to return our calls. We purchased a gorilla deck system. The joists are bowed due to improper installation. The joists were installed in the wrong direction as was the decking material. Water ponds on our deck. The deck is not pitched properly and the water runs towards our house. The deck holds water and NEVER dries out. The entire thing is filled with water and mold. We've been told by 4 separate contractors that the deck was not installed properly and that the entire deck needs to be torn down and done properly. Thanks for nothing Deck Tech. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. RIP OFF!!! Take your business elsewhere.
