        Overall

        This is by far the worst place I have ever done business with in my life. My computer was broken and would not turn on. It took weeks to get my computer back after they told me it would just take a few days. After two weeks I went to pick up my computer and the tech told me that it was working fine. I almost had an aneurysm. They just smiled and charged me anyway. They said if I do not pay then I do not get my computer back. (Yes they actually smiled at me, no joke.) I really do not even think he looked at it. I took it to Best Buy and it was fixed in 3 days. Avoid this scam artist like the plague.
