Great experience. Drive past the mall and chain store framing and go see Debbie at muse instead. There you will be dealing directly with the person that will actually do the framing job. My project is a perfect example of choosing to shop a local, small business and getting far superior customer service as a result. Debbie worked with my incredibly tight deadline.
