SuddenValues cannot control whether or not a merchant that participates in their services goes out of business. It is a major problem for all daily deal companies. In fact, SuddenValues was the first company to deliver a solution to this problem, teaming up with PayPal in early 2013 to provide merchants with real-time payments with the industries highest split and providing customers a way to get their money back if the merchant goes out of business or fails to perform or provide a product/service.

I bought a voucher for cleaning services back in June 2012. The cleaning company went out of business and Sudden Values refuses to return both written and verbal requests for a refund. This company will rip you off America. Buyer Beware!
